I feel like if someone who watches the Canon anime, manga, watches carjo dojo, and other important and tiny details gets on the game with love and passion can make a very impactful db game if we really talking. I've been gathering some minimum info in a solo Google doc with some base plate ideas, but it generally take time and experience that I don't have. I think if they follow the manga 95% of the way with the rest from other Canon or borderine Canon things then the games can thrive

I think that the true problem right now is that developers focus too much on making things cool and impressive, without taking a look at balance, gameplay or quality of life. Battlegrounds games abuse this concept, spamming debris, using flashy vfx and making absurdly broken combo routes possible, along with the clunky movement. This is why DBZ Final Stand got to be good, the developers way more passionate about making a good game with great gameplay experience rather than abusing the WOW effect.

Dragon Ball Nexus has always been a super good game. During the original testing phase I remember joining up with like 30 other Saiyan and becoming a great ape and then just destroying the server. Basically when Dragon Ball Nexus comes out I’d say that it will be one of the greatest dragon ball games ever.

Pretty sure RikudoFox did a video or 2 on it. The game was loaded it had all SSJ forms +4, SSJG and great ape not to mention Giant Namekian which most games don’t really have anymore. Some of the teasers that they’ve released include Broly’s forms, Gohan’s ultimate form and a few others. When this game comes out it will probably have the most content that a dragon ball game on roblox has had in awhile.

Dragon ball rage will always have a special place in my heart, just because it was the first dbz game and the fact that I started playing it when Dracius was updating it frantically and when there were so many unique stuff. Nowadays, I play dbr just to reminisce and grind when I feel like it.

I've recently came back to Final Stand for nostalgia reasons. Yes, the graphics have aged horribly, the game has gotten glitchy due to being abandoned basically. But it still lives up to what I remember, I remember how solid the combat was, how vast the maps were, how it felt immersive, the TOP and similar game modes super fun but also super hard. And the fact with enough work/grinding you could surpass EVERYTHING in the game. You could see your own achievements in real time as you got stronger. It felt accomplishing to reach that next form, or beat a boss you couldn't do alone before. DBFS was a simple idea that was executed at an absolutely amazing level. It was above it's time in everyway (But graphics lol)

it feels like they haven't captured their niche yet in modern times. A lot of old dbz games had that simulator prog but nowadays for anime games players want more depth. I think another issue is simply that devs don't know what to do with air to ground combat without making it unbalanced.

One game that had massive amounts of potential was dragon ball infinity saga. It had oozaru, which could only be accessed by looking at the moon, bio androids, android as a race, fusion which was actually very cool since all races had there own thing going the fusions wouldn’t just consist of saiyans. I don’t know why but the game shutdown a while ago but if it ever came back I would definitely play it again.

Personally I think final stand was a great game even if you weren’t a kid. The game just felt like you were in dragon ball and the content was insane, also even though it was mostly bandit beating it made it fun and unique as the bandits were actually challenging to beat

Exactly! I was 21, as my friends when we played FS. We still do miss this game xD. Final Stand was really unique, it had a soul. You could actually do things there you could do fun quests, pvp, great fighting system, it was very replayable too! Other DB games just felt really cheaaap compared to FS.
I will honestly say, that I really enjoyed Dragon Ball Online: Revelations from Sonny, it had everything I would want in a DB game, if sonny made a fresh DB game with DBOR content, mechanics and updated graphics, that would be way better than DBOG, i liked the potara system or even little things like the fact your clothes could rip and break when taking damage, as well as the story mode which i loved and always waited for new chapter, it was really cool.
DBOR was peak sonny. I'm genuinely so angry that it's gone now.

Final Stand was one of the first EVER Roblox games I played and cared about on the platform. For reference, I joined in August 2016, Final Stand was released somewhere around January 2016, so I could be considered an "og" of sorts. My favorite memories of the game were literally taking almost years to become a Super Saiyan (never really that big into the game until around 2017, when I finally made it to Super Saiyan Blue Kaioken and Ultra Instinct for the first time, as well as getting my first prestige) The game was one of the best on the platform at the time, and I almost always come back to it every once a year, and sometimes I even grind it for a few days on end, which is what I am currently doing now. I've since made it to pres 2, rebirth on my Saiyan slot, and have finally achieved my end goal: Mastered Ultra Instinct. The game mechanics were simple and fun, grinding was a little bit annoying, but I can be from Earth to Secret World in under a few hours or a day without 2x exp. I've even got my friends into the game, and I've been helping them level up for a long time, even today I still help them. One of my friends, which was the first person I recommended the game to, said it was "better than Xenoverse 2" and even made it to rebirth and prestige. I also played Dragon Ball Rage, and constantly compared the two games with other people on both platforms, as at the time, both were the most played Roblox DBZ games, with Dragon Ball Rage always a close second behind FS. I have played both games thoroughly and I personally prefer DBZFS over DBR, but DBR is definitely a game that I considered a nostalgic one as I played this game whenever I couldn't play Final Stand, as it was a really good game for it's time, and is even one of the OLDEST Roblox games on the platform. Overall, Final Stand still is a game that deserves to be played more. I believe the reason Snake doesn't develop the game anymore is because it doesn't have a consistent playerbase anymore to enjoy his work. I think that if people played it more, it might motivate him to update it a lot more often, and we might see some updates and bug/exploit fixes.
Dbz final stand was supposed to get updated in 2022 by the new devs because snakworl gave owner ship to someone else but now its supposed to come out "some time."

Final Stand was _the reason_ I got into Roblox all the way back in like 2015 or 2016, back when space wasn't even out yet. I played it nonstop for like 2 years, met a ton of cool people and had a ton of fun learning the combat and replaying through the story again and again. The game really felt immersive with ambient music and well designed maps, with enemies laid out all over the place and things opening up as you progress. When space released and had that spacepod mechanic, it was so cool exploring space. I really hope it comes back strong when they finish the remaster update!!! Oh yeah and I loved how some updates there would be hidden stuff added to the game and I'd have to go around the maps and explore for it!!!

Dragon Ball Final isn’t grindy, and most people say it is, be real with me here, taking time in the game let’s you bond with it unlike multiple games that let you get SSB in 2 minutes by standing in one place with auto-clicker. The potential of the game is still there, especially since it’s still in Alpha. When you get forms in this game, it feels incredibly rewarding.
While the game is very good in fact, but the lack of training options makes grind very tedious and repetitive...
My experince thus far is it takes way too long to get anything. I've been trying and doing every mission I can but I'm still stuck around FSSJ; I've used the gravity chamber but it feels like it's basically useless, same thing with the HTC. I'm so annoyed cause I FEEL like theres a really good game under this all; like I can tell theres a good game but the stat gain is just too slow.
dragon ball nexus has one of the most passionate teams i've ever seen in a roblox game, they've been working and remastering this game since idk 2020? mayber 2022? they've been doing such a good work and i really hope they succed, its just a really unique and good lkooking game

I personally enjoy Budokai Z the most nowadays, races are unique, every one is worth playing, and its generally fun. Only problem is the lives system because of strong players killing weaker ones for dragon balls
The only DB game i see potential in is Dragon Ball Final remastered. Its in beta again and Saiyan race is no longer the meta, even though the community is awful and it still has weird bugs, it still captures a lot of what made Dragon Ball cool(the different races, ways to train, and combat styles) it also looks very visually pleasing compared to past DBZ games. But l just hope they can pull it off with the official release, cuz most DB games either dont work or are just lazily made(like regular simulators)

It's a good game, but way too grindy. Even with HTC when using weights, you must grind for so many hours just to get good stats and so it's very tedious...

dragon ball final remastered is so insanely grindy, it has so much potential but like sitting in the HTC spamming buttons is not fun at all
Genuinely feel that you should look into Budokai Z A little further it is a Semi-harcore Game so you have lives and if you lose all of them you lose a percentage of your power and are sent to otherworld for a limited period of time it also has some of the best combat a Dragonball game on the platform can have, the game is community-centric so there's not a bunch of quests to grind on (There are a few that you can do and it is recommended to do them daily) most of your training comes from sparring with other players or your shadow, and the best part, in my opinion, is the factions system where you and a bunch of players can create a faction together to help each other train and protect each other but this leads to big group wars with other factions. overall a lot of people overlook the game because its paid access but I truly think that it is one of the best Modern Dragonball experiences.
Final stand was one of the best experiences ive had on roblox, hands down. and its a shame to see it get no more updates, aswell as being infested with exploiters and scripts.. I went to get back into the game a few days ago and i just.. didn't feel like it JUST because of the exploiters. good thing though, apparently a rework of the game is set to come out this year! (I doubt it'd even come out this year, but i can dream ok?)
God this brought back so many memories. On the note of DBOG, to this day I still miss Dragon Ball Online Revelations. That game holds the top spot in my heart for DB games on Roblox. For the time it came out back then, It felt like a good mix of Roblox and Dragon Ball. Things that are in DBOG I liked more in DBOR, I especially loved the character customization. I miss the basic letter mini-game to gain XP even if it got overbearing and old, and the community when everybody would pack up at the Plains or Roshi's Island and just chill out or fly all around fighting, everybody popping up to show off their forms. I remember before some of its updates, power levels were displayed with numbers above the heads and you could adjust your power level down by percentages. I think the world could have been put together more rather than having every location separated and having to load into it (Plains, Desert, Kame's House, etc.) and the combat which eventually became spamming ki moves that either had homing or massive AOE. Ultimately though, I always loved playing this game. When it got replaced by DBOG, I remember being so put off by it and eventually dropping it altogether. I never got into Final Stand like everybody else, so DBOR was really it for me and holds the spot in my heart as the top Dragon Ball game that was on Roblox. YES! YES! I LOVED DBOR!!! I used to spend SO many hours on there. Getting different forms (especially SSJ4) and learning how to clip into the Hyperbolic Time Chamber were so awesome. I miss that game so much!
I remember playing final adventures before any of these came out. Flaming Path was the next popular game down the line in these. This era I was in was from 2013-2015, and I was obsessed with Dragon Ball at the age of 6.

I remember the Old DBOG. The Parallel quest system and you having to Complete them for Moves. It was rlly fun.
Been playing these DB games for nearly a decade. A pattern I've found is the developer mindset. You summarise the issues and legacy quite well. I find a lot of devs just go for "Too much" and get easily overwhelmed, as style of gameplay is very hard to do. There's also a lot of fronts to gather a bunch of robux from a community before ditching the project. Dragon Ball RP Games suffer the same issues. Its most prominently with community management, and malicious developers.
As someone currently playing budokai z I wish the dev would drop a beta for people to try because I was pretty on the fence to play the game but it’s pretty fun. Every race is unique and saiyans aren’t the main focus. The combat is interesting and grinding npc’s isn’t the only way to get stronger my only problem is the life system and some of the stronger players being toxic. The game has a lot of potential

Back when I used to play Roblox there were three Dragon Ball Games that stood out amongst the bunch. The first was DBZ Final Stand, the second was the original Dragon Ball Online, and the last one I sadly don't remember by name but involved a lot punching another character in the HBTC to grow broken pretty quickly. Online and Final Stand stood out the most and were the highest quality of the time, with me later playing the successor Online series. I tried the successor Online series but sadly gave up pretty early due to the amount of grinding needed and my lowering interest in Roblox in general. Overall they were some of the most enjoyable games that I played back when I was a kid involving Dragon Ball.
I'm a little surprised you didn't mention DBS3, or as it's called now, dragonball xenomultiverse. It was a pretty cool game, and personally one i found the most potential in, and even spent the most money on in any dragonball game on roblox. The graphics were nice, the ability to choose the graphic style was unique, the forms were overall pretty balanced, and only had slight edges if any, and combat was really solid. Missions were fun, PVP was fun, and it was really popular at its prime, having over 1.2K players at all times. Sadly, after shutting down for almost a whole year for its next phase, it only got worse. It changed the flow of the game a bit, training was a bit unbalanced, there were too many gamepasses for stuff that honestly should've been free from the start. The more genetics he added, the more unbalanced it became. The best example being xeno broly, having a form that had the same boost as ultra instinct sign, for a much less requirement. 2.5M vs 50M is a huge gap for the same boost. The other forms just couldn't compete unless you were twice as strong as the guy using LSSJ5, which made no sense to me since xeno never had ssj5. Should've just stayed with lssj4LB which was still stronger than most other forms. And like some other dragonball games, the different races other than saiyan were neglected and hardly ever touched upon. Despite having so many races, you only ever saw 3, sometimes 4. Saiyans, bio androids, majins, and frost demons. After beast was released, you saw a lot of half saiyans only because people believed in the meta. More unbalanced forms. Saiyans for the most attention given to them, bio androids for the busted racial features, majins for the absorption, and frost demons just to be frost demons. The game lost itself and what made it so fun, and instead turned it into a very grindy game where the community deemed it better to abuse a 2% power boost than to actually train, because the training was so grindy and just not fun. Get a random player and take turns smacking each other. Fighting would make the PL gain so little, you'd need to spend an hour doing that to get what you could get in just a few minutes combo trading. It became arguably one of the worse dragonball games because of the constant delays, empty promises, poor balancing, terrible training system, and the game favored higher end PCs to the point a good player on a bad PC had to try way more than a bad player on a good PC.

Final Stand is a beautiful game, love it more than Xenoverse 2. Free Camera rather than lock-on (If playing Keyboard n Mouse) You could control how far you moved in your Vanish Steps (Pressing Q). If you did it right you could Vanish Step and be in the same place. Movement is diffrent fighting on the ground vs fighting in the air. Deflecting Ki Moves with another Ki Move was very satisfiying (Double Buster is amazing) Chossing what form to use. Underrated Melee Moves in game (Sledgehammer, Mach Kick) With the basic combat, using the heavy to launch your opponent away and dash right after feels like the Xenoverse combos, but your doing it yourself. Sadly mostly everyone leaned twoards the meta: Power Impact, Meteor Crash, Arm Crash (Screw this move), Flash Step and that Hit gamepass move thats basically Flash Step (cant remember) Discovered Final Stand out of boredem in 2018 and love it, all I hope is the remaster keeps the Free Cam and doesnt look like the other DB:R games. Also Human fav race (Mainly cause of Kaioken.) If I was better at coding and stuff I wouldve loved to take ownership of the game.

I’ve played all db games on Roblox except for really final stand cause since I didn’t grow up with it, it was hard too get into it since it was a little old, but from what I hear it was quite good. However i have felt that while I’m fine with a grind for the most part in these games, they are starting feel tedious, like in dragon soul. Since I played the game when it was called dbz, they added stuff to places with lvls too low for me to point where I didn’t really experience none of it till it got near the mystic part, and the grind literally kills me. the quest are so damn boring that I play and the quest gives 1-2 lvls a pop. Literally killing me, i went up like 10 lvls then would just stop playing, come back, then rinse and repeat. But after playing the nexus demo(as of right now it’s literally just a tutorial) I already like the game quite a bit. No idea how progression will feel, but if nothing else, the combat will be fun 😎

As a player of dragón ball R i can confirm its pretty good though theres a lot of toxic players,but out of that the animations are incredible the balance of the pvp its good and the shadint and graphics are incredible, and it also has good optimization (sorry if my inglish is bad im spanish)

DB:R is really good and its not grindy, you should try it as its quick to get going as well. 3 hours of meditating (which is literally just sitting in the meditation area not doing anything) gets you max level. Doesn't have a lot of PvE as the way to progress is by killing people, and PvP works nicely. over all a good game in early stages of development
Nexus actually has been around for 2 years, it keeps getting test grounds and pretty consistent previews on discord and looks better each time. The newest Multiplayer demo may come out this month too. It also has tons of races, even neko majin.

In my opinion I think dragon soul was better when it was in the demo it was less grindy and the forms were more easier to get now they keep updating the levels for forms even though they should have just made less and then instead add more levels instead of forms if their increasing the requirement for forms
They kinda have been steadily adding levels, as someone who plays it fairly often I’d say the main gripe I have about it is that the level grind at times feels insufferable but aside from that, it’s fairly linear and the game passes aren’t too powerful (You can earn game passes for free so it’s not entirely p2w)

everybody be forgetting about DBOR, basically the revival of DBOG. i guess it was super underground but it was an amazing game with literally every race you could think of (even kais!). It was my all time favourite tbh.

DBOG was special yes it was a bandit beater and had tons of grinding but at the same time you have to look at Dragon ball final stand and the rest following the same formate, I’d say the thing that made DBOG special was the beam clashing and story after that it was the animations for transformations and moves this helped it stand out a lot in the community having it hit top numbers in players. The downfall of it all was the combat,balancing, lack of content for other races other than Saiyan, and especially the bugs. First the combat, the way it was set up it was one paper very good but the sling shots and ki builds were VERY bad for the game it was pretty much poison when the sling shot started it was almost impossible to get out of the constant stunning and stamina draining, the beam clashing with as amazing but the way it was dealt was pretty bad having it be a spamming clash was dumb because things like scripts and auto clickers just made it pointless it would’ve been better if it was a random button system or a timed thing were you have to click the circles and get a score from (Bad, Decent, Good, AMAZING/PERFECT) this way it would’ve been more skilled based than why can spam the button the most. Then there is the ki builds it was very annoying to chase the person around when they spam ki based attacks on you making your HP go from 100-50 in one attack, yes I can also see Melee builds being annoying but for melee you can at least counter it and fight back but for ki all you could do was chase them or defect it the whole game. The end game content was decent all you had was getting to max level and gathering the DBs to max out your stats doing daily stat increases daily to keep increasing it, after that there was just mastering your forms to max which without having another player to do it on took hours. After all of that there was just Tournaments, getting Kaioken, getting special things from the DBs and fighting Broly. After all of these the game never continued it stopped on the cell saga and never continued into the Buu saga nor GT. At the moment GT and Buu saga are being worked on but who knows how long it’ll take for both to release or either one, it might take until December or November for either one to be released but that’s assuming he hasn’t given up or scraps it all

ngl i made more people than i can count on 4 hands rage quit with my android build, they were literally locked in place with infinite ki combos it got so bad people started leaving wmat when they saw my name.
I don't even think the game is being worked on at all. DB game devs are notorious for being twits to their community, either almost never updating, having chronic health/life issues, or never being able to be consistent in any way, shape, or form. DBXM pretty much has all of these and most players quit. Awful developer.
sling is very good for the game lol the pvp community would not have been carrying the game as hard as it did if the combat was just something generic u could get in any other db game. sling is something different and a reason to play the game. the only problem with dbog is that it does not update also every race gets the same amount of content lol

Zenkai origins was such an ungodly good game. After I played tournament for a while shi died Everyday I waited for an update for half a year till I gave up. That game could’ve broke roblox

My favourite childhood roblox Dragon Ball game was Final Adventures, I have so many memories of my game freezing for at least 20 seconds when the combat was too intense, and there was a glitch where you could charge your beam and hold the minimize button, and the longer you kept it pressed, the stronger and bigger the beam would come out, it was so insane and fun at the time, It was grindy but I had a lot of fun so it was worth it. Nowadays I play a DB game called Advanced Battles, the combat system is "balanced" and skill based, difficult for starters, instead of grinding to get your stats high to the point of OHKOing others, here you have to grind for points to buy the characters. It obviously has room for improvement but I'd rather a balanced combat-focused game than one where you gotta think about leveling up for stats, the stat spread, skillsets and equipments.

Dragon ball games are just harder to make than most others due to certain things, ground and air combat meshing together can be annoying to make, figuring out a combat system can also be tricky (imo roblox games following xenoverse combat is the worst thing to happen), but also having the anime stop is a big reason no other dragon ball games are made, and most games dont want to follow the manga.

Ground combat is makes it unique.i played final stand because no other dragon ball game that I know of has had decent ground combat and I still love it to this day
The thing about dragon soul i love is how good the combat can be especially with things like the short cutscenes there adding to some attack

One thing I never will forget about DBZ rage is that they removed the Angel Form gamepass from back then without giving compensation. One of the main reasons I stopped playing many years ago.

NGL I kinda want to see a Dragon Ball game that starts in the OG Dragon Ball style fighting. On the ground using skill and technique to get the upper hand. Then slowly as you get more power and progress in the storyline you start learning more energy based techniques and eventually learn to sense energy and fly. Would be a nice change of pace from poorly made spam click and energy blast spam style gameplay we get in most new Dragon Ball games rn.

"Final Stand" for me will always be that Dragon Ball game that I will love with my soul, I had great moments in that game and today I still enjoy it even though there are no updates (I am especially excited for the remaster /remake, I don't remember what it was), the style for me was simple, the map was simple all the time and one of my favorite features, your character used the normal Roblox face and did not use a super detailed anime character face ( Yes, it's stupid, but the fact that in other games they give me other faces that make me cringe a little is one reason why I don't play them), apart from the variety of races and transformations, the human race is a one of my favorites, although it doesn't have that many transformations and some are inventions from I don't know where (a problem that several races have with the exception of Frieza and Sayayin) I think it makes the game fun, the simple but effective combat system is a One of the ones I loved the most, Final Stand will not have the attention it had before and especially with the exploiters that ruined the gaming experience a lot, it still has a small community that remains loyal to it for a long time, I can spend a lot of time without playing it and I will continue to enjoy it no matter what, I don't know how SnakeWorld did it, but I will always be grateful because he created this game that was important to me since its release, I still remember the emotion it gave me when they added the TOP and the prestige, and all the updates, I really hope that the remaster or remake (I don't remember which of the two it was) turns out well and gives us back a community as it was before :)

I think final stand was good. If you compare it to todays standards its garbage but back then it was the highest quality anime game i can think of. I grew up playing final stand and the original shinobi life. The reason those 2 games were so good were because of how big they were where most games on roblox were simple and short only being long if they copy and pasted 90% of their code
Hello, Artist for Dragon Ball Rage here. First of all, this was a great video and very entertaining. I do not personally agree with some of the points but everyone has their opinions and I respect that. I do feel however that Final Stand is being incredibly idolised, especially as of recently. Me along with a bunch of people I know never really could get into the game due to how clunky some of the things were and how you never really had a clear direction to go, you were just thrown into a world without much elaboration and it could become overwhelming, especially if you didn't know how to continue or where to go. As with DBOG...yeah I fully agree with everything you said, not much to argue there, just a shame with how much the creator worked on the story of the game, hope it has a good revival. I feel like Dragon Ball Rage is treated a bit harsh here. It is described as the reason DBZ games had a downfall despite the fact that DBR was one of the earliest "popular" DBZ Roblox games. It was never meant to break boundaries and shatter expectations but was rather just a simple game that kept growing into what eventually turned into a grind fest. Again, the points made regarding the actual game are pretty accurate but I do feel it's been blamed for "the downfall" despite it being one of the "founding fathers" if you wanna call it that. Either way, I don't even really play Roblox anymore let alone dragon ball games lmfao so I don't know how this video landed on my recommended lol.

The reasoning behind why I said db rage was the cause wasn’t really on the devs but instead on the people who would take the ideas from db rage and turn it into a simulator. Diminishing the quality of db games on the platform. Db rage is still one of my childhood games and I personally enjoyed it as a kid growing up but it did cause many changes in the current db climate

Also budokai z has really great potential but the majn issue for me is how long the progression takes and how your sometimes forced to go one direction with your progression depending on your race example manin you need to grip people to get the kid form since good buu has nothing
If your gonna do more of these types of videos, you should definitely do one on shindo life, not because it's dead but because the game sucks and has been for like a year or 2, about when they added specs from different franchises, as someone who has been playing before the Shinobi life 2 thing It's sad how what shindo has turned into

dragon soul is really cool my biggest problem though is the grindy content that has started to appear with the latest updates the 100k mystic mastery and the grind for great ape/ikari form in particular are the worst offenders (kaioken might be the same way but i'm not sure how long it takes exactly) it's a symptom of roblox as a platform rather than a problem with the game itself, but if the game keeps going this direction i feel it'll become much less fun to progress and just feel like a grindfest or even a cash grab
The thing mostly killing dbz games is that most are just simulators where you have to spam buttons to unlock new forms, with the forms usually going to fan made ones, some games adding also some quests and pve to that
there's gonna be a DB Nexus Multiplayer demo out this week or the week after, so look forward to that

Yo, I remember playing Dragon Ball Rage back in high school, that game was nothing but grinding, and being attacked by overpowered players over and over. I remember having fun getting stronger and fighting off the toxic players, but someone else who was toxic and much stronger would just come along and do the same thing over again, and those ones usually bought that limit breaker gamepass that made it possible for them to level up further. I haven't played a DBZ Roblox game in years ever since, I do hope they get better, I really wanna play a good DBZ Roblox game

DBFR is too grindy, but the grind is worth it. however it would probably take months of non stop training to get a form that might not even be worth it also some of the games are bad either because they don't look like actual real characters or dont have alot of content that hasn't been worked on or was abandoned altogether but what made me mad the most was that I wasn't able to play DBOG anymore. now, I can easily play it on my Chromebook, and had no issues playing it on my computer, but then it talked about how i wasn't able to play It anymore due to my device, even if i had a device that wasn't mobile, it still didn't let me in, and i even had a private server and i had few dragon balls, and i also had mastered a few mentors, but eventually i kinda gave up on DBOG
the thing about dbog is that it really made ssj and ssj2 stand out and have their own prestige instead of just being the starter transformations it really felt like it was a powerful transformation just like in the series

I feel like another reason why there’s not many Db games on Roblox anymore is because of the anime not continuing rn. The Manga was going for a while but it’s been slow since Black Frieza showed up, and we haven’t gotten anything since Super Hero. I feel like when and if the anime properly comes back with things from the manga, or original sagas, developers may be more motivated to update the current games, as well as make new ones
I just hope they get to Black Frieza stuff or some other content that would lead to it, since Superhero stuff really made manga go very slow...

Growing up on the poverty line, Final Stand was my verison of Budokai Tenkaichi. I can still look back vividly to those memories of me clearing out all the quests with my Saiyan build and fighting with my friends. Even if some new game might be better, no other Roblox DBZ game can ever replicate those memories.
another thing with budokai z, it was inspired by another dbz game that came before it known as xeno online, which was a "roguelite" dragon ball game inspired by the gameplay style of deepwoken that functioned nearly the same way where you had to slowly grind your way to the top

I feel like a remake or remaster of final stand would EASILY revive dbz games on roblox. If they dropped it, rebalanced some of the prestige forms and added more moves and maps (maybe a new raid boss) that would instantly be a hit IMO
I play dbfr and the updates are now rolling out fast and I believe that soon after update 3/3 comes out it will grab a decent play base like 5k or so compared to its 600 playerbase
