Snakes so important to the environment and I really respect this man for risking his life to protect them. It's really admirable. I respect wildlife too, and it upsets me when people villainize predators like snakes, coyotes, bears etc.. We of all species have no business judging other animals.

@@goodnightmunchie No, this guy is reputable. A lot of people know about him. I see a lot of people assuming animal rescuers are abusers these days, it's sad that there are valid reasons to assume that. But in this case, this guy does genuinely go around rescuing trapped wild animals.

I’m not a snake lover and its looks terrifying to me cuz I was scared for him but I’m glad he save them and hopefully release them later…Mad respect to the guy💜
A great many animals r dangerous IF u don't know how to handle them. A dog, a horse, a dolphin...these can all b dangerous if u don't know how to behave around them. These guys fully understand how those snakes behave & what they can & cannot do 👍☺️ Accidents can happen of course but those can happen with most animals with size or venom.

I'm not a snake person either but they are beautiful snakes... And deserve to be saved to live another day!! Job well done... Didn't know they couldn't slither up that tarp looking thing on the sides ...
@@lynneaiken1647 They probably COULD have gotten up the bank but, I believe, it was wide enough that the snakes couldnt KNOW that was the right way to go. I imagine it looked like a foreign surface that seemed endless n every direction but the water & the green on the water was at least familiar.
@@animeaunty the pond was lined with smooth plastic any snake would have had a very hard time climbing up that i mean even the the humans had a hard time getting out of the pond because of the slick wet plastic

1 looks like isn’t a true cobra, most likely an adolescent king cobra which is not part of the naja family which are true cobras. Plus, they’re the only snake that can growl not hiss like other snakes as they have modified trachea like big cats when they roar instead of purr

This man, a animal life saver, he didn't have to do it but he did anyway. This is what some people are, kind people who would do anything for one another, even animals.

This guy is a real animal rescuer that goes to peoples houses to remove wild animals without killing them, and various other heroic acts.
@@goodnightmunchie Yeah, sure it is. I think you need glasses. That's not an ocean it's an irrigation pond. And the angle was too steep for them to climb out of there by themselves. If left there, they would've starved to death. Nothing fake about this video.🙄🙄🤦🤦
@@goodnightmunchie , that wasn’t the ocean. It was an irrigation pond. It said that at the beginning of the video. The snakes must have fallen down that steep concrete side of the pond. It seems like they were taking a risk with their lives because at least two of the snakes were cobras. Maybe the other one was, too. I just couldn’t tell. I’m not a big fan of snakes. I wonder if all sides of that pond were steep concrete like that one and why the snakes couldn’t get out on their own? I wouldn’t kill the snakes, but I also wouldn’t do what this guy did. My luck I would slip and fall in the pond and get bitten to death by those cobras.

snake sticks pretty much just make the snake a puppet for him. he has almost full control over the little guy, so he can pick him up and move em.

Bad luck to kill Golden cobra. Probably did that to avoid crushing the snakes body or head. Cobras move like lightning and are very smart.

I’ve always loved reptiles and it saddens me that many of the same people that would drop everything to save a kitten would think nothing of killing a snake or lizard that wanders into their garage. Rescuing venomous snakes comes with a level of difficulty that more than earns my respect and I appreciate any video that encourages empathy for non-fluffy genres of animals. True animal lovers don’t discriminate when it comes to a creature in need. Thanks to the people that go out of their way to help these reptiles and to The Dodo for giving them the kudos they deserve!
True. I have rescued cats, dogs, possums, raccoons, squirrels, birds, and snakes to date! I am also a vegetarian by choice.

@Khyati they got *stuck* there and couldn’t get out, that’s how it was a rescue.
@Khyati it wasn’t- I don’t think you get how this works, at all- the snakes were hissing because they didn’t understand the people or person was trying to help ‘em, *not* because they liked to swim there.
@Khyati also- there were three snakes, not just one.
@Khyati not everything.. and apparently you don’t know much about snakes, they hiss when they feel threatened and a few other reasons, not just when they’re mad. They were stuck and it was obviously too slippery for them to get out.

The cobras are BEAUTIFUL. They are incredible at being very defensive, and lock on to their potential threat. Chandler's Wildlife has several cobras who love to devour dead pythons. One Eastern African cobra is extremely defensive and always tries to bite him, but he knows it's all part of the deal, and knows their strike distance, and reads their body language. When the guy was walking up with the second cobra, thar was smart, because the cobra was absolutely fixated on his/her threat. If a person moves one way, so will the cobra, and yes, they can hiss very well, it's part of their warning system.
Its a fantastic save especially in light of the fact a lot of people think you are quite mad risking your life in such a way . Greatest respect to you brother
