I'm considering one for my Marlin 336. I've heard that reflex sights and astigmatism don't go well together and that prismatic or conventional scopes are the way to go. But on the quieter side of shooting, I get along just fine with my Leica M10's manual focus rangefinder patch and prefer it to autofocus (lens, incidentally, is a 1979 Leitz Canada 50mm Summicron-M f2).

I bought a mount for Docter Red Dot which will work for the Leica Tempus because they share the same mounting pattern.
