Lost my friend to suicide last year... she loved Lana Del Rey so much and lemme tell you my friend was talented. I know she could’ve made it BIG one day... she left this world too soon. Every time I listen to Lana I just miss her so much... because SHE WAS the greatest loss of them ALL. Just the year before I lost my children’s father to suicide, right in front of my eyes, and my friend and her siblings helped me through the worst year of my life. And since she passed I can’t help but wish I helped her more in that time because she was going through it too. I miss my b so much... I made a promise that id meet Lana just to tell her about my friend Brea! And I’m going to make it happen, because anything’s possible. I couldn’t explain how important it is, but it is... ugh. She was amazing in every way. She danced, she sang, she took the most beautiful photos, and she loved everyone... she gave everyone a chance, even when she didn’t have to. She was so forgiving.... big heart. So full of love and so much more life... as much as we all seen it coming, I just never thought I’d be here missing her so much unable to see her, talk to her, hold her, hug her, or kiss her man. It hurts everyday... Losing people to suicide is so confusing and hurtful. :(

Lana del Rey reminds me of when I was 14 up to my 18th year (2012/2016) it hurts to know those times are gone.. this song represents my lost teenage years.. spent listening to Lana and going through anorexia and many other teenage angst things. I miss for those days I had so much desire to be something different. Now I lost interest in life.

They were talking about the challenges of keeping a band together for 40-50 years, the conversation morphs into trying to name their 3 favorite albums and most poignant or memorable line(s) of lyrics. All and all a good interview. I agree with Colbert, this song is haunting, captures this pandemic era. I hope humanity still has a chance to evolve/progress to a better place. We cannot save ourselves without saving the planet as we near the tipping point to stop climate change.

I found this song through a video about Tony Stark and Stephen Strange. Honestly, it couldn't speak more to how I feel about the characters or the fandom. I found out Tony was dead, not by seeing it, but by my emotionally abusive ex-husband telling me he was.
