I can work for hours but sometimes I burn out or just lose routine, and now I'm not sure how to get back into it😊😊
dr oppa! just simmer the bones with water plus any spices you want, but garlic, onion, plus pepper is the best. around 30-40 minutes. best unsalted chicken stock you can use

Thanks for sharing this with us, Dr. John! You’re an inspiration! I’m not at all a morning person and I am not fond of exercising… 😅 My daily exercise consists of the walking that I need to do for work, which isn’t enough. Also, I saw in another video where you shared about cold showers and looked up the benefits, and now I’ve been taking cold showers, too (after I warm up, first… 😅).

Simple, small habits always for the win. For me it’s trying to wake up early. Allows me to tick most of the boxes for the day whilst enjoying the calmness. Also, something about early morning gym sessions. Just hits different ⚡️⚡️

you can use the chicken bone to make chicken stock which then you can use to cook the rice to make chicken rice. Also you can just put them directly into your rice cooker with your rice and infuse some flavor there too.

I was glad to hear the update too since their channel together hasn’t had an upload in almost a year.
The chef solution is to put the bones in a pot with lots of food scraps and boil on low until it turns into a starter liquid for soup. Take the bones out and throw away after they have added the flavor of the marrow.
As someone in NYC, I can just imagine the cost of that apartment. Heavens!

I've always done that with the shower too. I start off warm then at the end use cold I always was told it helps to seal the pores not sure if it's true or not and the hot or warmer opens them up.
Glad to see you vlogging again 😃Thanks for the reminder of getting our daily dose of Vitamin D early in the morning. I have been forcing myself to wake up early to hit the gym (also recording my daily process and challenges I face, mentally and physically) before heading to the 9 hour shift, and drinking my supergreen protein shake. I actually just use one of my headphones when I am outside and use the transparency setting, so I can still be alert; however, I will put in both when I am at the gym to maintain my focus. So, thank you for the friendly reminder that fitness and healthier habits is a lifestyle to enjoy. 💙 We are only getting older!~ So, we need to take care of ourselves now.

whatever helps you stay on track ! for me the routine is somewhat habitual, but if it's something youre trying to implement into routine, it helps (personally) to make a conscious effort to do it consecutively, so that it becomes engrained. in the end, just trying our best is all we can ask for

This is my favorite video so far, nutrition is always a pain for me to figure out, so I really appreciate you sharing both the smoothie and meal recipes. On the topic of smoothie you should avoid mixing barriers and banana in smoothies as bananas have a big negative effect on the nutrition of berries. For more info you can look at "Food & Function Impact of polyphenol oxidase on the bioavailability of flavan-3-ols in fruit smoothies: a controlled, single blinded, cross-over study" for more information.

6:36 You can use the chicken bones to make stock or bone broth. I just made chicken bone broth, and it tastes so much better than the store ones.
