  • This is real comfort content. I love that even though you've put lots of effort into making the vid look aesthetically pleasing, you still made it look realistic. Like soap scum on the tap, not perfectly clean coffee machine, being open that the vitamin shot tasted terrible - this is all great stuff. KZhead used to be full of morning routines that are simply confusing and unrealistic. This one hits different.

  • I loved this video! I would definitely watch more london diaries like this. It doesn't even have to be about morning routines, because honestly Daniel, it seems like you can make anything into an interesting video. I'm not a morning person, but IMO mornings are the prettiest and the best part of the day. I'm hoping I can wake up early like you someday!

  • So lovely to see men doing these kinds of videos - relaxing, calming, appreciating the beauty of flowers, skincare etc. I am sure there are many but you are the first I have seen, lol! I'm a big fan of cold showers too - I learned that if you can jump in an ice cold shower at 5am you can pretty much do anything :)

  • Thanks Daniel! I'm a mom of a sweet two-year old right now, so after 8 a.m. my days are go-go-go. BUT I've been getting up at 6 a.m. to do some morning prayer, alone time before the whole house awakens. It's a routine I've been working on for about three weeks, and want to keep improving because I do still feel groggy and out sorts as I wake up... Anyhow, I appreciated your peaceful routine, and I hope I can implement some of those aspects into my own 6 a.m. dream routine. Cheers!

    • I used to wake up at 6 am as a toddler. I brought this regimen till my first year at uni. Then social networks ruined my sleep schedule. I got it back like 15 years later after discovering going to bed and waking up at the same time.

  • I wake up at 5 am and head straight to drink warm water and then to my workout but now I'm thinking to stay seated for a while for some deep breathing, this is the one thing I have learnt from this routine although I was thinking about for sometime but I was like it's waste of time 😕 but not anymore 😊.
