if this game were perfected and not rushed this would be one of the best AC franchises released Edit: Now i see why my ac unity is buggy, its my gpu... just replaced my rx 580 to nvidia, now i dont see glitches anymore, glad it wasnt the game

@@Pefectk currently im playin this with mods, so its not annoying as before cause of the faulty mechanics, tho glitches are still their, but love the community for their great additions to the game

It's the best thing they could have possibly done to the franchise and just nobody sees it. Let us start as an initiate and work our way to the hierarchies in the brotherhood with friends.
ngl the cat & mouse multiplayer should be brought back. it was soooo fucking fun, especially in Revelations. I feel like that's when the multiplayer peaked, but just a few little fixes could have made it so much better.

I wish co-op was really integral to the game's main story. The trailers gave me the impression of it being so.

Crazy smooth and cinematic. You know i played this game; finished the main story, a couple collectibles, couple side missions, got frustrated coz of the slow and sometimes buggy combat then there's the general input delay, but this! This video just made me realise i need to get AC3 combat mentality of my head if i really wanna enjoy this game and just play it how it wants you to. Nothing is true, everything is permitted and May the father of understanding guide us all. AC Unity...here i come!!!

They just had to follow up with a game like Unity, but with a stable release and they'd have nailed it. Unity is always the turning point where the game became less and less Assassin's Creed.

too bad its rare to get competent teammates...i will never forget when me and a couple randos managed to in sync take down 8 enemies with a single smoke bomb tho

Without a doubt an Assassin's Creed that really lives up to its name.
Gotham Knights proved that open world untethered co-op is possible, that would be exactly what AC needs to revitalize it. That and a return to Unity gameplay and world design.

I'm so glad i got the opportunity to play this game with my friend recently, it's really sad that its basically dead. It's a ton of fun and probably the last real ac game imo. Would recommend, the only issue are occasional texture glitches, but they can be fixes easily.

Unity really was one of the most ambitious AC games, IMO. It had incredible detail and atmosphere, the densest crowds in the franchise, tons of interior routes you can take through the map, and of course the co-op that never came back after Unity.
Ubisoft has an amazing ability to seeing what works and doing the opposite the next

The coop missions were so fun in Unity. Me and my buddy power boosted our characters super quick cause we were just pretty good at the missions. The rest of the game was ok.

I could see an assassin’s creed game that takes place in abstergo. It would take a places from the previous games and stitch them together to train new recruits on the techniques of the assassins. This would bring in coop with other people and allow the pvp modes to comeback as well. Throw in a twist where you can decide on the story as it unfolds allowing you to choose if you character follows the assassins or the templars.

I remember watching the trailer with the Tears for Fears song back when it was announced, literally assassins wearing footsocks for hoods were the hardest to have ever dropped with the synchronized and harmonized ambushes/attacks/free-running. I really thought and went damn this game is just....and immediately went to a computer store and bought a pc just to play with randoms.

I never played AC unity before, but currently i'm playing the game and damn the CO-OP mode it's amazing I love it!, is not my favorite AC but its gameplay and online it's really good.

imagine a next-gen rerelease of AC Unity multiplayer. PS5, Xbox Series X. With additional Missions/Heists, Legacy Outfits (Basim/Eivor, Jacob/Evie) and maybe a new mission type like Co-op BlackBox Assassinations. Tht was in the trailer tht featured the Marquis when they threw him out the window and the revolutionaries jumped him.

See I never knew about all this and lots of features from the older games (started on Odyssey very late), yeah they really did get rid of the cooler features and I'm not sure why they opted to remove them. Co-op and many combat features needs to return especially with the expansion of the newer features from Valhalla they've been announcing for Red. Where we'd all win is the meshing of all that alongside some sort of doable PVP. I'd love for there to be a free for all anonymously thing but that's but a dream.
Yea they actually had a free for all in black flag that still works it’s just a little different you play as basically civilians with hidden weapons still fun though

I loved the co-op just a few things I didn’t like. When this game came out and was a bit more playable I had a friend and we use to always plan and how to work out missions and it was just so magical when it just WORKED up to four players man… I hoped they would bring this back I love the idea of there being different type of assassin like one is fast and nible but one is just this big brute that. An bust down doors
I played this game years later not aware of all the stuff thst happened with it and they released the free dead kings dlc tbh if i never learned the fact the game released poorly id think it was the best one
My favorite ac with the first one
It would have been cool to give a reason for players to coordinate things like this in Co-Op. Sadly the missions were way too easy and most people just mindlessly ran into every engagement, knowing they are practically invincible. I WISH we had the incentive to sneak around the way the first co-op gameplay trailer showed.

honestly any of y'all thinking Unity ain't GOAT material, replay it personally tried it like 1-2 week after it came out and hated it (had like 2-3 gamebreaking bugs..) re-tried it yesterday in 4K maxed out this game is just marvelous and now there isn't much bugs left (at least from what i experienced so far)
