    • That doesn't mean that he's not knowledgeable or does his research. I research and I'm not a doctor. Good advice is good advice. You don't need a degree to know what you're talking about. Everyone can do their own research. Just make sure that it's full research, use discernment, many sources and anyone without a degree can learn about anything that they want. To add, there are so many natural and cheap remedies because they come from the earth, not pharm-a-poisons who are in cohoots with most dr's. Do you honestly think that most dr's would suggest thyme? No, bc they don't make anything off of it. Just think about it. Please think alot. Have a beautiful day!

I started spitting up yellow phlegm and ended up getting short of breath which is a horrible feeling. I had bronchitis a few years ago, and am always fearful that any cold or allergy will morph into another bout of bronchitis. A few days after seeing this video, I purchased some thyme. I made a cup of breath easy and green tea and sprinkled in some thyme. My lungs feel so much better. I made the same tea today and will drink it at least twice a week. My lungs feel great. No blowing, sneezing, or runny nose. Thank you so much. I will keep Thyme in my household. Last week my Dr asked me if I wanted him to prescribe an inhaler. Absolutely not. I don't need it. 😊

  • During the pandemic of 1918 hospitals we’re using thyme steam inhalations as well as using it to clean the sick wards, the thymol is a potent antibacterial and antiviral phenolic compound. It’s one of the active ingredients in listerine mouthwash. Whenever I feel a sore throat or a cold coming on I do 2 rinses with listerine for 30 seconds each, every 4 hours and it usually nips it in the bud. They also were laying the patients out in the warm morning and early afternoon sunshine, well covered up of course if it was cold outside. Sunshine is incredibly healing, especially early morning!
