Ingredients and preparation:
1 chicken (approx. 2 kg)
3 cloves of garlic
200 g soft butter
Peel of one lemon
1 ½ tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp garlic powder
1 ½ -2 tsp salt
6-8 lemon slices
Cooking oil
2 cloves of garlic
2 tbsp light soy sauce
1 tbsp vegetable oil
2 tbsp ketchup
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp honey
Bake at 200C for 35-40 minutes, top/bottom heat
If the chicken starts to burn, cover with foil
The internal temperature of the cooked chicken should be 74°C
