  • If you are old enough. You will know..this house, its decorations, trim, everything, is what people aspired to own in the 1960s and 1970’s. If you had friends who lived in a house like this, you considered them rich, very lucky and in style.

  • I absolutely love this home and all the familiar things I saw in it from my family's own "dream home" built in 1971. Very lovely and so good to see it in its unmolested state. Hope that someone gets ahold of it and secures its original beauty without doing silly updates that will only take away from its authenticity!

  • What an awesome home! Looks like a set for a 70s style sitcom. Normally not a big fan of that style but i would live there as-is in a second! Hope someone moves in and appreciates it. Horrible waste to tear it down😢 Great video of course ❤❤

  • My girls are having a dance party while watching the video! That place is gold with new flooring and window coverings it could be retro gold ready to move in! The wood work in that place is beyond fantastic. Another great explore

  • Oh how I wld LOVE to buy this house just the way it IS and rock the 60s vibe!!! The fact that everything so SO PRISTINE is seriously amazing! The homeowners must have taken such great care of that place!! I mean the tiles and flooring were vintage for sure, but things didn't look worn and gross. You cld just close your eyes and see the country club couple having high balls before dinner and bridge parties on Friday nights!! This HAS to be one of my FAVORITE explores so far!! ❤❤❤

  • Hi Dave I really like time capsule mansions. This one has some nice features. The people who owned it took good care of it because it is so clean. It’s too bad the record player wouldn’t work. I really wanted to hear the sound of it. I hope they don’t demolish it. I like the kitchen the cabinets to be honest. They are outdated but they are cool. Just a nice house that has not been vandalized. Nice work Dave. Stay safe and well.👍😊💛

  • Definitely a 1960s time capsule! I saw the comment stating this home was sold. I hope the new owners will give it the TLC that it needs, and keep the home as original as possible. It looks like the original toilets were low-profile one-piece. I saw couple of newer toilets.

  • OH! I adore this amazing house and am so glad it still stands!!! I wish a salvage would get the bathrooms & great MCM stuff out!! Or just let someone buy it and restore! This house it what people in Palm Springs try to imitate. But this is the real deal!! I have seen every inch of detail another time. Very nice job! thank you!

  • I love those rugs!! The kitchen is definitely dated, old appliances....but cool cabinetry. Someone is definitely caretaking, it's so clean, the dust is mostly on the inside of the cabinets. I would have looked in every cupboard & closet..... just because.

    • It probably not really abandoned it most likely bought by someone and he got permission to go in before its torn down

  • I’m new to this channel and just happened upon it. This house looks like the owners moved out of it yesterday. I have 2 questions. 1.) How do you get in these homes w/o being cited for trespassing? 2.) How do we know it has really been abandoned? Looks like it’s ready for sale.
