Fun demonstration! Seth was an excellent guest. Glad Nvidia sent someone to show this in person. There have been other, more hacked-together demos of generative AI in games, but this was more polished. You can see the potential for more innovative and dynamic gameplay, especially in open-world RPG/FPS and adventure games.
Thank you for the podcast
That was really entertaining 🤣 😂 😆 can't wait for the future of games.
i just can not stop thinking about this is education, just imagine a school system with personalized ai teachers and or exams.
Great show!
NIce show. My GOAT is the EVGA gtx 970. Still amazing, a now almost 9 year old card still getting it done.
This looks quite promising. It still looks quite far away from being used regularly in games, but maybe in 5 years.
Adam. Ebay has a not as described return policy. Protects buyer pretty good. So there are many reasons you could return at no cost to you. Return shipping will be the sellers responsibility. You state he did not use actual photos. If there was any undisclosed damage. Also if it does not work is another reason. It is really easy to do a return on ebay. Good luck.
Thanks for the heads up! I'm definitely going to try. -Adam
@@pcworld I really don't understand why. paint it again or strip it with something that doesn't melt the plastic. Painting it again would be super simple.
Definitely send it back for a different one.
I missed it, but did the dude ever get a chance to sip his coffee?
Hotels asking for ID for stuff like that is very common.
But..... "Do you know who I am???" - Willis :P
@pcworld Tried that, doesn't work with real life NPCs either. LOL
I fucking love Waw
Informercial.
32 M 42 S ..... Huge price hikes incoming. :/ 38 m 54 s .... WAY WAY Worse, Devs are DELIBERATLY Censored , nvda ,at the Coding Level,IN WHAT THEY ARE ALLOWED TO WRITE -IN GAME- STORYWISE
WE NEED CLARIFICATION , WILL, SOMEONE , PLEASE ANSWER. Sry 4 all caps.
just type 32 colon 42 and you'll have timestamps.
So everything I hate about service hotlines I can now have in videogames? .... Great. ... What a time to be alive.

What language is this?
I already don't care what NPC's have to say in games. This isn't really going to change that.
I understand your point but I enjoy npcs. gives flavor and backstory. Sometimes devs sneak in bits of humor using npcs
This is so f***ng depressing --people having to spend hours fighting with infuriating customer service chatbots just to play a video game.
Hi
Always Online games - no thanks.
I love your podcast, but this feels more like Nvidia took it over and made it one long ad for something we not gonna see for a long time and i don't want any cloud service if i can avoid it, especially for something as lame as a ingame npc.. And if nvidia can make it only work for nvidia users then that's what they will do, we know how nvidia thinks after all, also it will be overpriced.
