Thank you for the very kind words! Can't wait to see what everyone gets up to in 2024! Cheers to a bountiful, blenderful year!
Whoop whoop. Took your course on Skillshare. I loved it. Esp the lighting part
Thanks for the love dude, its gonna be an awesome year for Blender! 🥳 Our collab video is still one of my favorite moments of 2023! 🤯
Sup Smeaf I'm the first yay 😁
Thanks a lot for featuring me dude! It's so crazy to me that you as my Blender hero now talk about me in a video with praise. A great high to start 2024 on! 🧡
Thanks for the feature again! All the best in 2024 and beyond 🚀
Thanks for the shout-out Nathan! Really appreciate it. By the way, I saw on your website that you're located in Nashville. I just moved to Tennessee a few months ago, and I really like it here. 😄
Thank you, Nathan, for the shout-out and for introducing so many awesome channels. Happy New Year!
You're my top 1 ❤ 🙌
man i love your geometry nodes series! best of luck for your channel, i mean it!!
You are awesome
not only is it just absolutely surreal for me to be even mentioned in one of your videos ducky--to be mentioned alongside such giants in the communities is literally a privilege tbh. thanks for the shoutout man! made my day! can't wait to see what you have planned for us in 2024 🧡🧡🧡
Stache got famous.btw huge note for all blender beginners, first rule in blender is to delete the default cube and without that ur project is ruined
you deserve it man!
Bro wtf how did u upload based on my previous comment
@@TheOnlyGuyWhoPlaysMCPE hahaha. What a coincidence
Good work, stache!!!
It’s interesting that Blender Guru is only an honorable mention.. The guy has a vast amount of knowledge in Blender and has been using it over 20 years. He explains things nice and slow. He doesn’t explain things like he is explaining it to himself, which is where 95% of people mess up! He explains it like he is talking to a person that has no idea whatsoever, what’s going on. He doesn’t just tell you what tools to use, he explains how and why they work. If you really want to understand how things are working then I highly recommend him.
Thanks for the mention! Keep up the great work 💪
What a great starting point for Blender 4 learning! Really couldn't have come at a better time for me. Thank you for all you do and I hope to see much more! HAPPY NEW YEAR!!
I'm glad someone finally called out Mr. Beast's contributions to Blender. He's such a struggling little channel, but I hope this brings him just the smallest amount of attention so that he can really make something of himself. Wow. Wouldn't that be something? Can you imagine it? Can you?
😆😆😆
Let’s gooooo! Thank you for all the advice you have given us. I’ve been following since the time you showed me how to make some logo reveals on Ae to now Blender tutorials. Happy new years buddy :)
There is no way in what I could express how thankfull I am for this neatly categorised tutorial oriented video. I’ve been strugling while working on a project of mine because I couldn’t find the tutorials I needed and I got stuck between softwares like Houdini and Maya. You just saved me TONS of hours with this.
I'm definitely going to check out the course (yours, Ducky! 😁). Since I decided to really get serious about all of this for REALS again, my New Year's project is a combination of two tuts from Polyfjord (one old, one new) that gave me the idea for the concept I'm working on. But the motion techniques and material designs largely come directly from the many things I've learned (and am still learning!) from THIS channel. Thank you many muches as always bro!
Great advise! i currently started to learn blender and it's nice to have a list of great creators with especially beginnerfriendly tutorials!
Very few can do it like you do, thanks for sharing all these recommendations. It's gonna be a great year for Blender 🥳
Big respect for you and what you're doing! May you All!
This is one of the most valuable videos for the creators' community. I already follow Stache's beautiful story telling and Derrek's high quality content. It looks like there are great talents to explore....
Thanks for making these a series. I watched the one last year and still have yet to take the full plunge into Blender. Intimated to get started I guess. Hope I’ll finally dive in this year

Why is @MrBeast in a Blender Video? Does he alse make Blender stuff?
@@thiagodasilva3022 probably a joke for the more observant ones :D
Great video, thanks! Learned a lot through your tutorials! This is much appreciated for 2024 😊
I’m starting out and I’m terrified. I have such a grand vision that I know I can realize in Blender but I didn’t know where to start. This helped a lot. Have a great one.
super helpful video! been suffering a ton of decision paralysis trying to answer _this exact question_ for myself and will absolutely be bookmarking this and running through a few of them
Thank you for sharing. Will definitely check these out!
Thank you man. I just started learning last month and this is going to help so much!
Thank you so much for compiling this list! I'm trying to get back into blender this year, but it felt like an impossible task to even find the resources, much less learn them. Really appreciate the work here.
There's so much to learn in blender and I'm glad you made a video for this. Thank you
I think Grant Abbit is a must for beginners. He explains very well and goes straight to the point
Thank you for this incredible video!!! Its kickstarting my Blender journey after way too many years of not pulling the trigger
Thank you for putting this together!
Oh thank you for making this video. I've been searching which 3d modeling software to learn. This is the sign. Thanks again.
I appreciate how this is showcasing not only what to learn, but where to learn it, as well. Ive never really been able to get much from those “How to start X in 20XX” videos that just give generic advice
They are masters of their craft, and I felt so supported by them. Thank You
Yeah Boss. I’m a visuals hack mostly focused on music production, but I’ve learned lots from you and your patreon as well as other sources you have recommended. Thanks for your work. 🤙🏽😎🖤🐓
Thank You very very much sir. A major of portion of the time is lost looking up for good tutorials but because of you a big mountain is down. Geared up to start blender. Cheers!!!
just type blender crash course and follow. free one is the best.. paid courses are too long and exactly same as free ones. so, save money and happy 2024 🎉
The keywords "crash course" are the two magic words for learning anything on the web for free
Damn bro, sometimes. Seeing so many options become very overwhelming for people. So having a video, to guide us is what some people need. Especially when you don't know what each person does. Love how this guy breaks it down to each style! As well
@@criss26565 you always have to ask what you need, not what is this.. what is this also amazing but it is mostyle new styles... :))
@@internetexplorer7880 it is fastest way to switch between tools that looks similiar but works different way. :))
"Crash course" huh? Kind of like "cliff notes" or "(X) For Dummies"
Hero, you and Ryan King have helped me so much over the year! I can now make fairly good skatepark realism renders! I supported by buying your materials pack too!
Love the animation of the Blender software haha! Keep up the great work!
I just want to say, that this video helped me incredibly, i didnt even know there was so much. high quality content about blender. Thank you so much!
Been subscribed to your channel Ducky! Thank you for this post! You forgot about Andrew (Blender Guru) 😊 I've been following you guys, lime forever! Happy Blender years to come 2024 & more to come!🎉
THANKS YOU ! Love from France 😃👍🏾
i think this is the push i needed, thanks :)
Thank you so much for this guide on how to learn blender. It's so nice to see you recommending other KZhead channels although you are teaching and selling courses yourself. This really shows the spirit of the blender community. It's an incredible program and tool to create everything you can imagine and everyone is willing to help and share their thoughts and experiences. So... Tons of stuff to learn this year! 😎
I'm just downloading blender right now and I'm so excited to learn!
@@RajOnACloud Way to go! I recommend you to start with tutorials right away. Don't try to do anything without because it can get frustrating while it's full of things you don't really need at the beginning. Once you feel a big more comfortable, you can try it on your own.
I wish I had unlimited time to watch all their amazing content and learn from the best. Fantastic compilation! 💠
Currently learning blender, got into it after my motion design class. We mainly used after effects but I used a couple of plug ins here and there to make things happen. But now moving to blender as I wanna work in the VFX world for future videos and projects my brother and I wanna produce. Started with a donut to really get myself started on all the starter things for Blender and I’ve enjoyed it so far. Can’t wait to do more things.
Thanks for the shortlist and for your MoGraph videos.
thank you so much, appreciate your work
About to go Berserk in the until I saw the honorable mentions. So happy to know about most of them. I've learned so much. Thanks a lot y'all
Another year another dropping the ball on picking up this skill. Well hopefully I get there one day, and thankfully I'll have all these bookmarks.
This is so helpful, thank you so much!
Thank you for making this video!
Thankyou so much for such an informative video.
lot's of thanks nathan ....they all are awesome like you
Thanks so much for the feature and support 🙏
Thank you for making this video!
This video is simply amazing amd straight to the point ! new to blender want to make my own very high quality assets for my UE5 game projects and this video is a blessing, already did blender gurus Donuts and now i want to experiment on my own but getting to know techniques means a lot ! Happy blending everyone
Thank you for that video. I'll use it as a blender channels bookmark.
Fantastic video, for someone who is just starting this video is an amazing way to start.Thx!
Great list to check out, thanks!
Liked, subscribed and bookmarked for future reference. Thanks for the very detailed and exhaustive guide. Also, personal plug at 2:00 was very humble and professional. So keep up a great work and thank you again for a great video.
Awesome video! Thanks for mentioning Cartesian Caramel, I have yet to find someone on youtube as proficient as him with geometry nodes. I think The Light Architect deserves a mention as well, as they are the professionals when it comes to compositing and interplay between reallife footage and 3D. But this field isn't as popular as others I'd assume.
Thanks for sharing very interisting content ❤
Kinda overwhelmed but I'm excited to see my progress at the end of the year. Thank you for the guide!
polygon runway helped me alot ... also keelan jon helped me to get into blender...
Thanks Bro for ur detail information ❤👍🙏 Very helpful for newbie in this 3D world 🙏😊
WOW thank for recommend definitely check out all of them
Thanks, great video!!
This is so great I cannot wait to get started with Blender
Thank you for this amazing insights and knowledge sharing this video is great for any beginner or someone looking to improve his blender skills very insightful
Beautiful video thank you so much
I think people should keep this video bookmarked for future reference, very useful info. Personally, I'm just starting with Blender Guru's donut tutorial and with CG Fast Track's Blender 4.0 Beginner Tutorial, from there one can pick some (or all) of the resources that you've provided and/or buy a course, depending on the goal for learning Blender in the first place. 👍
The video I've been waiting for
Great stuff, dude! It would have been dope to have a list of the best 3D print channels using blender, too. Maybe in the next video like this? Thanks!
This video is a superb reference !
the most underrated channels unlocked
Thanks dude !
Awesome compilation, thanks much! So many great channels, it's a curriculum for a lifetime.
just a minor note from the beginning of the video when you discuss the two forms of learning Blender you write free and payed. I think you need to change it to free or paid. Payed is a used to refer to the act of coating part of ab oat with waterproof material or to the act of letting rope or chain by slackening it.
Ducky is like the Big brother for blender. Love it
I love the new direction animations are taking on art style.. i really want to experiment with different animation art styles in blender which requires me understand shaders, lighting and compositing
Default cube and Erindale are legends 🤞🏼
I started doing blender thinking it would take a day or two to get used to now I’m seeing all the possibilities and features and I’m realizing that imma be in this for the long haul
I mentioned I was learning blender, and a friend was like I'll pay you to model this this and this. So I've been scrambling to learn as I work ahaha. Great list!
Thank you so much!
Excellent Intell. Thank you!!
love you as always
Thank you!!!!!
I've been wanting to learn Blender to create my dream city. Thanks for pointing me to Max Hay.
I think one of the hardest parts is finding a job! Can you please make a video on how to put your name out there or even how to reach out to professionals without sounding like a copout T-T Loved this video btw. I used all these people while learning blender after switching from Maya
why is MrBeast in the honorable mentions? 😭😭
Thankyou I’m trying to master Blender and Unity this year
Awesome👍👏 thank you
Thank you very much sir maybe this video will change my lifr
Thank you.
the Crossmind Studios character tutorial is amazing.. I'm currently finishing it up.
Great video sir thank you🙌🏾👏🏾🙏🏾! Any recommendations on channels about Grease Pencil?
This Video convinced me to keep learning Blender vs starting Cinema 4D.
Thank you very much.
thank you so much
Thanks for this, Ducky! I was already subscribed to many of your suggestions. Others, I was familiar with but hadn't subscribed. I have now. Question: Is there a way to group specific subscribed channels in KZhead so that only they show up in my viewing options? I would love to be able to say, "Tonight is going to be a Blender bingeing night", click a button and only have new (or new to me) Blender related content show up.
