I tend to have a negative outlook on life and honestly hate myself. I know not every path is ours to travel but I just want to be better. I hope to one day partake in dmt and mdma to try and change my thought patterns. Congrats Neal!

Get a hold of some psilocybin preferably the mushroom, but you I u can get chocolate bars and candy online. Microdosing is great but probably get some benefit in larger doses as well. Exorcize daily and start practicing meditation. Forgive yourself out loud. Quit focusing on the negative and start focusing on the positive. Create a positive story that you tell yourself about yourself, and realize life doesn't happen to us it happens for us

I start with exercise plan each day...then food intake. 30 days to create a lasting change, now I am on my second A4 of 30 days, keeping up the new and stopping the big A drug for this 30. Go for the light, it is there just as the darkness is..

It’s so easy to do along with daily exercise and sun, two things proven to help with depression and anxiety. Also high doses of vitamin d. Stuff you can easily do but must do continuously and give it time to kick in and work.

  • 2:07:48 I was on vacation and I did MDMA for the first time and it changed my life but also ruined it. Went to work 3 days and I got randomly drug tested and they randomly drug tested me. I was a truck driver. I had so many things wrong with me due to my rough childhood and just in a few hours I completely became a new better person. But after I got randomly drug tested I tested positive for mdma and I got fired for it. Lost everything I have but at least I’m happy now, I wanted to kill myself from the trauma I experienced and mdma cured it. it’s completely my fault I have no excuses. I chose to do mdma I knew what I was doing and knew the consequences. But I heard that mdma would help me, it was kinda a last resort thing. So I wanted to do it so I waited until I had vacation time so i didn’t have to work but I thought that it would be out by the time I went to work and didn’t think I would get a random as soon as I went back to work. I thought I had at least a month. It sucks but I knew what the consequences were but I say this because this should be legal for people that are dealing with being suicidal. I’m sad for losing my job but I’m happy about my life now.
