In this segment, I introduce the Sociopath personality in a relationship dynamic, shedding some light on the warning flags to take heed of if you, or someone you know, is dating or in an intimate relationship with a Sociopath - and experiencing some level of abuse.

  • Thank you for validating the fact that sociopathic abuse causes PTSD. I've been having a really hard time explaining what i'm going thru to other people

  • My husband tried murdering me 6 weeks ago. He's in jail now. Charges are attempted murder, aggravated kidnapping, aggravated battery and criminal threat. My divorce attorney is working the case pro Bono.

    • I feel you sis. He sequestred me and tell the cops I tried to harmed him ... Leave as soon as you can , yes but I never thought I was in such danger trying to escape this relationship

  • This happens in same-sex relationships, too. I hope you will include that in future descriptions - I didn't think that was a thing that would happen - I thought same-sex relationships were different. This held me back from understanding what was happening, and kept me stuck in an abusive relationship longer than I would have been if I had been in a relationship with a man.

    • It happened in a same-sex relationship I was in too. I didn't think same-sex relationships were that different though. Women can be ruthless in general, so of course, that can extend to dating/partnership.

    • My sister is going through a divorce right now with one. She was in a same sex marriage. It’s horrible she won’t let my sister see the children 6 and 8. She is trying to destroy my sister. She is a former shell of herself 😢 sorry you both have experienced this. It’s heartbreaking 💔

  • I think I dodged a bullet. My hundreds of hours of research finally paying off. Thank you so much for making this video so infinitely detailed. There are a few things consistent in my recent experience: Victimization, Damsel in distress and playing with the man's hero instinct. Withholding information, about life, or others. Superficiality. Stonewalling, breadcrumbing, silent treatment, projection, blameshigting, lack of accountability. So on and so forth. Among my feelings were, despair, hopelessness, nightmares, decrease in focus, constant feeling of danger, rumination and overthinking. I know I'm not crazy, my gut feeling was screaming at me and I also do not believe we meet these types of people by coincidence, I have experienced too many sinchronicities lately and signs that shouldn't be there. So this was a huge lesson for me, a big test to break an addiction I supose.

  • I think the real danger is when the relationship ends. You become more of a target if you're not careful. You either need to be one hell of a mental ninja 🥷 to survive, or get yourself a new identity and start over far far away from them.

  • Groomer ex has been targeting me for 7 years now even though I've been a shut in nearly the whole time. Straight up ran slandering campaigns, tried to set me up to get kidnapped, tried to stage home invasions and robberies, tried to target my current boyfriend (who I've been with since I left him), and went as far as to hire a bunch of rootwoorkers to do black magic on me and everything/one around me. If you leave a sociopath, have an exit plan and get the hell out of dodge. Go far. it doesn't matter if you were a literal child when you met them, they don't care, and neither will the people around them that they use to keep tabs on you after you leave. It's straight up war, but happiness and real love are worth it. Be prepared.

  • Thank you for the video; a person with NPD can also be a sociopath. A person can also be a hybrid Psychopath and Narcissist as well…

  • What if two sociopaths are together? Would they drop the mask at that point?

  • No it’s intentional at times with a smile on their face or happiness when projecting or belittling- that’s where I’m thankful for the proverbs in the Bible. These ppl are just evil. We can sometimes ( oh just give them the benefit of the doubt ) but the Bible is truth so at times depending on what church you go to let these people in glossing over the red flags cause “ love covers a multitude of sins “ but actually that’s for a child of God recognizing their worth in aJesus. Not a ticket to hurt others and spit on Gods grace. But to recognize I do want to better myself and I am working with the Holy Spirit to better myself in the areas that He shows us. There is a difference between light and darkness. And guilt transferred onto a kind person from a sadistic person- Jesus was the ultimate Sacrifice so ? This guilt has already been paid for. Guard your heart . Guard your home. If ppl bring drama don’t accept it into your home. ( even if it takes a lil while to see their true colors. ) know yours. Know your boundaries and know your worth what you are not willing to tolerate and trust The process. You were right the first time.

    • @@empowered_warrior sorry I just feel that people always say this stuff and it’s such a weird overview. It’s always the same and lacks so much context and nuance. But what would you expect from a normie?

      @brucewilliams8003@brucewilliams8003Ай бұрын
    • @@empowered_warrior like I never just ominously withhold my information on myself. You change it so people feel like they know you, and you are able to avoid them thinking you’re being cagey. You are able to still present as an open person with a history. While just misleading what that was. It helps a lot and you also get the benefit of having whatever story you want. This is just one way where people totally miss the point and it comes off as this dark mysterious person when in reality your best friends might do this and you would have no idea.
