Today in our village, we cook famous Indian sweet and dessert recipe with an easy method. We use the traditional hand grinder to make this Jangri sweet recipe tastiest. This Jalebi recipe is most famous for the Diwali seasons and Indian bakeries.

- ஜாங்கிரி செய்வதற்கு உளுந்து மட்டும் ஊறவைத்தால் போதுமா? அரிசி வேண்டாமா? இன்னொருவர் ஜாங்கிரி செய்ததைத் தான் முதலில் பார்த்தேன். அவர் மாவு தயாரித்த விதத்தைக் காண்பிக்கவே இல்லை. அது ஒரே ஒரு வட்டம் கொண்டு வந்து பின்னர் அதன் மீது இவர் சுற்றியது போல் சிறிய வட்டங்களைச் சுற்றினார். ஆனால் இவர் மிகவும் அழகாக முதலில் உள்பக்கம் காலி இடமே இல்லாமல் நிரப்பிய பின்னர் சின்னச்சின்ன வட்டங்களால் முழு ஓரத்தையும் அதேபோல் நிரப்பியதால், இது பார்ப்பதற்கு மிக மிக அழகாகவும், நேர்த்தியாகவும் இருந்தது. பாராட்டுகள்.

I love jalibi. In the caribbean we use flour that is left to sour then fried and soaked in the syrup. But ive learned something today. Ground urdi dhal is used in India, and ghee is added to the syrup. I'm sure the difference was because the indians who came to the Caribbean used whatever they had available to make these!! - This is 'Jangari' or 'Imarati' ....Made from Urad Dal and jalebi is made from wheat flour...I think it's fermented wheat flour which is known as khameer in India.
