Today in our village, we cook bananas direct to oil to make pazham bonda recipe. We add wheat flour and palm sugar to make this banana bonda.
Finally, we enjoy this bonda with tea. The taste is.., relaxed!

  • In Nigeria we do this dish aswell but we add spices aswell and sugar and little salt. It taste so good. I'm just amazed how this dish is cooked all around the world but its cooked differently in each country but they are more or less the same food

  • We have a similar preparation in Malaysia. We do not fry banana but mash it with wheat flour and add sugar. It is rolled into balls and fried. It is called Queh Kodo
