Had this on my steelseries rival, I just put a lil bit of keyboard lube and no more rubbing noise. Been 2 years now and still no issues

Shit like that can happen on any mouse, no matter how cheap or expensive. If you really like the mouse you should just get a new copy in return and give it a second chance.

Happened with my copy as well

Thats true but i have yet to have a mouse with this issue and i have used over a dozen different mice. Also the seller through Aliexpress where i bought it won't take RMA's sadly so i was stuck with it. Although i opened the mouse up and grinded down the trigger and it fixed the issue!

Yes, but if a company has bad QC it has a much higher chance of happening. 1 in a 1000 Logitech mouse will have this, 1 in a 100 or even more VXE mice will, and sometimes harder to return too.

I know why this is. It happened on my pulsar x2. Basically it's caused by a little bit of contact between the main shell and the things that press down on the mouse switch. A tiny amount of oil or lube can fix this.

Yup! I sanded down the internal Trigger and added some lube and its fixed!

I got same problem with my copy after 8 days so I return it, after I got the new copy it's perfect and I still use it until now (like 2 month I believe)

since opening the mouse requires you to remove the skates, what skates are you using rn? did you place new one or does it come with some extra skates?

What exactly did you do to make that nasty sound go away? Did you do something to the part that presses the trigger? I just had this problem on the left mouse button on my r1 pro.
