It was a fun experiment just to stay accountable for all the things I have to do on a daily basis! Oddly enough though with the recent events it'll only moderately by changed. A lot more hand-washing and a lot less getting out of the house. Perfect for me!

  • Things I’ve noticed: 1. Mark works out twice a day. 2. Mark is too chill with showing his body. 3. Mark scares ALL dogs. 4. Mark practically starves himself. 5.   • As someone with ADHD, watching somebody who also struggles with this mental illness being this productive BLOWS my mind and also inspires me. I’ve been feeling like I’m spiraling lately, I just can’t get out of my own way. But if Mark can do all this in a day, I can too! For the next week, I’m going to try to: 1. drink enough water, 2. Work out, and 3. Eat healthier. I’ll come back to this and update how I do :)

  • I know this is an old video, I find this inspiring. Inspiring me to do more while I’m awake for the day. I work most of the day however, 6am-2:30pm I’m up before Mark is apparently and he does more than I do in a whole day.

  • I just came back to this video because mark has been helping me feel better about my bad life I keep thinking I want to be just like him I want to look like him he inspired me in this video and in videos now to be healthier and work out more I usually only go to the gym twice a week but watching this I want to do everything that he's doing and try not to be a sad sap in my bed all day doing nothing I hope he knows that he inspires me and a lot of other people to do things and make their life happier and better I hope one day I'll be able to accomplish how I want to look like and be like and mark has helped with that tomorrow is the first day I'm going to start working out twice a day and drink as much as mark does and hopefully one day I'll be happy and not depressed in my room all day
