The value of the ecosystem services related to bees is enormous and can hardly be overestimated. The annual economic value of insect pollination in Europe has been estimated at over EUR 14 billion. At present, populations of pollinating insects are shrinking rapidly, and this is a problem not only in Poland but also worldwide.
