    • In 1975, Sikkim was annexed by India. Bhutan, as a neighboring country, is not stupid. The Bhutan are a country established by Tibetans after migration. Bhutan and Tibet have the same culture and ethnicity. Bhutan is very different from India, both in culture and ethnicity. Bhutan's diplomacy and military are controlled by India. The British Empire left Bhutan, but Bhutan have to meet the Indians who have no bottom line. The key is that the per capita GDP of Tibet is five more times that of India. As a result, Indians covet the land of Tibet every day and say that they want to liberate Tibet. In the eyes of other countries, it is similar to North Korea saying that it wants to rescue Americans out of poverty.

China annexed Tibet by invading it and the Dalai Lama became a refugee in India. Now China is building villages in Bhutan, spraying water cannons at the Phillipines and always threatening to attack Taiwan. Everyone knows who the bully is. Go check Wikipedia and all these facts online for verification. India has received Tibetans with open arms because Tibetans have fled excess authoritarianism and cultural attacks by the communist Chinese governement. And also, Bhutan does not have an active military.

  • We cannot talk about Bhutan without talking about Sikkim. Like Bhutan, Sikkim was an independent Himalayan Buddhist kingdom many hundreds of years old and a neighbor of China. Sikkim was briefly overrun by the Nepalese Gorkhas during the 18th century. The Sikkim king fled to China and asked for help. The then Qianlong emperor dispatched an expedition force to Sikkim and expelled the Gorkhas and restored Sikkim's sovereignty and independence. Sikkim was left unmolested for the rest of its history until it was gobbled up by the artificial country India in 1975. Chinese of older generations were taught that Sikkim was one of China's neighbors. Even student in Taiwan (Republic of China) were taught Sikkim was one of China's neighbors until a couple of decades ago. Bhutan is very similar to Sikkim in terms of ethnicity, language, religion and culture and history, only that it is bigger. Bhutan is in a precarious situation right now because it is the next low hanging fruit in India's expansionism and is currently militarily occupied by India. The reason I wrote this here is to educate the people in the world what is going on in that part of the world and stop indulging India, a country that is up to no good.

This is just another diplomatic way of saying India did not land on Moon's South Pole. If India had landed on on Moon's South Pole, NASA would have simply said that "The Chandrayaan-3 landing site is located at the Moon’s South Pole" instead of "The Chandrayaan-3 landing site is located about 600 KILOMETERS FROM the Moon’s South Pole. 2) Dr Ouyang Ziyuan, lauded as the father of China’s lunar exploration programme, told the Chinese-language Science Times newspaper that the Chandrayaan-3 landing site, at 69 degrees south latitude, was nowhere close to the pole, defined as between 88.5 and 90 degrees.

They allowed Tibet the authority to govern themselves, but make no mistake, sovereignty was still Chinas. Thats the difference between sovereignty and "control". And once the last Chinese Dynasty came to an end, there was an imperial edict (what we call treaty nowadays) that stated that sovereignty over Tibet was to be handed over to the next "China". • Bhutan has treaties with India. Yes, India has good control over it and Bhutan should have its sovereignty to decide its international relations. However, being on the Indian side means that India pushes them to have their defined territories by international boundaries respected. China has a bunch of border issues with everyone else and definitely does not resolve them diplomatically, but by force as we have seen recently. Bhutan will be able to do nothing to prevent Chinese military from encroaching on their territory.
