I still don't understand how the police agreed to the "prank" on MrBeast and why he didn't press charges or filed a lawsuit. That was straight up false imprisonment

"Pressing charges" isn't actually a thing. The district attorney's office gets final say in whether someone is prosecuted or not, and while _some_ DAs _might_ take the victim's feelings on the matter into account, they don't have to and can prosecute even if the victim doesn't want them to, or not prosecute no matter how much the victims wants it. It's just a convenient writing tool used in crime dramas that became a common misconception, like how bullets don't go through walls, cars, or human bodies in movies. If Mr. Beast wasn't in on it all along, then the DA _should_ have prosecuted those cops, but police almost never get criminal charges even when they commit actual murder.
Because Mr Beast is best friends with Airack. He wouldn’t do that to him over a prank.

I remember that in the case of the man and woman faking the car accidents they actually had their kids in the car when they did some of them. That's how she got the child endangerment slapped on her. She should have gone to prison for that alone. The kids deserve better parents

That same year in 2017, Logan Paul vlogged at Aokigahara Forest in December. Whatever reason they just do, depends on who you ask, but he got a spat for disrespect by how they reacted to the corpse (by what he claimed to be "coping mechanism"). Although perhaps in their mind, they thought it is not illegal and maybe, I don't know if that is actually the case or not, they were just planning to camp there, and now it's all ruined.
