If Chelsea signed me for 100m from my Sunday league team. Does that mean I should be at a 100m level. Chelsea need to off load sterling in summer. Keep the rest and get someone In to sort the players out in terms of giving them a game plan and direction cause at the moment no one on the pitch has a clue what they are doing. Also looking at it most of the top earners at the club are injured aswell. These players should be back bone of the team.

Just some free advice to those high paid Chelsea "recruiters" - spend a little time, do some research and find some established experienced players(+29) on every line with winning ambitious and expiring contracts for free or a just for a small amount. Sign with just 1-2 years contracts. This could help some of these youngsters to not degrade and lose their potential under such pressure and perhaps even to develop.

Not hard to expect such a result. Arsenal FC was playing a League 2 side! Players were poor all across the field. Even if you don't have your star player, Palmer, at least set up to defend and get a draw. Head coach and his staff (Conference league level) are not experienced or good enough to work out good strategy to play for a draw! Either players want the coach sacked or the coach wants to get sacked (as his severance pay would be better than resigning)!
I was vex bashing Pochettino but when i look at the lineup he have nobody else to play whole season 7first team players out but its for now i would like to see those players fit

We shouldn't forget that those players were good players where they came from. Maybe the lack of motivation from those players comes from these long contracts they have Thinking they came for more money and they might be sold for less. No player would want to be tied to a devastating situation. As an Arsenal supporter, i just feel bad for Chelsea and I don't think any club that would want to be in this position Its just sad!!
Not much we can do about the length of contracts. Tho alot of them on these 8 year contracts other teams wanted. But we cant do much about them now for obvious reasons so what we can do is get a new manager in that can give the players some direction. Cause alot of them have no idea what they are doing out there must weeks.

NOW..Correct also I think that Sterling does not want to play (maybe others in squad also). Who would when there are no effective tactics in place to play at this level against a good (not great) Arsenal side. Personally, I reckon that for some time Poch wants out and knows it is over and the players know this is the reality also. We lacked belief from minute one. They knew they were going to get beat, and just wandered around waiting for the final whistle. I have no idea of how we thought having our two center backs passing it between each other was going to hurt Arsenal. We are hopeless. No style of play, beat in every area of the pitch.
