Never mind Ben Davies being at fault for Saka's goal (he was); take a look at Timo Werner, who had a perfect view of Saka's run and couldn't be bothered to track back and defend. I really do not understand Spur's fans. Under previous managers that played a certain way the fans was saying its not our style of football and would prefer the play attacking football even if they lose. If spurs would of got the 3-3 nothing would of been said it's madness we played well against a team that's had a rebuild over the last 5 years and ours is just starting. And saying we where battered but arsenal never really had a shot on goal other then an own goal a 2nd which should not of stood as kulu was fouled. I never thought it was a bad game at all
Tottenham scored an Own Goal for 1st goal off corner & didn't defend for the 2nd goal off corner. Arsenal are great at set-pieces, I think they could set record for Set Piece Goals scored in a PL season. The Saka goal and what should have been the 4th goal, Vicaro made great save, were from open play. It literally took a "Kick in the Nuts" for Spurs to get a penalty! I'm not getting into "what if's... " but the same thing that's frustrated Spurs under Poch and now Ange, when teams drop back defending inside the box and Spurs can't create chances, not even a 20-25 yard shot over defenders, even if they don't score at least creates threat and have to be defended, possibly drawing defenders few yards away and creating space for someone to do something positive. In theory anyway. It shouldn't take Romero inside box for their best scoring chances.
