These races are so chaotic and i have also been having too much bad rng in them, getting vehicles like the Trashmaster, skylift, Khanjali, Marquis and Tractor 85% of the time 🤦🏻♀️
The halftrack is like the worst one I’ve gotten
@@miamora01 I would take the half-track anytime of the day over vehicles like the trashmaster and tractor in these races. The tractor literally cannot finish the "Need a Jump?" race if you are unlucky enough to get it at the last changing vehicle checkpoint in that race which happened to me...

It was great to do the races but it sucks when the rng of the race ruins you and sends you back to the end of the race

I was doing these on his stream the other night and mine was set to Random: Pain. I got such classics as the dump, ultra lite, dozer and lawn mower but I'm still glad they added them. Hate the names though. Just call it Random: All and Random: Select
Tractor, lawnmower, and dozer are the unholy trinity
@@MazeMaker4Life yeah sadly (or fortunately) you can’t get the rusty tractor in these races according to Broughy and the PH crew
I did have my fun moments, but otherwise doing these races with randoms was hell on earth

A situation that popped into my mind was, if you were in a random vehicle air race and, hypothetically, the Cargo Jet was on the list, you could decimate all the other racers like Rodan in King of the Monsters. Might not be fun for the others, but it would most certainly be funny.

I think the "Known Unknown" races would be more fun if the random vehicles were substituted if the player owned a custom variant of it. That was the case for transform races and it justified owning some older and/or oddball vehicles. It would also be great if stunt race rules were applied to bikes where it's much more difficult to get knocked off them.
These races are oddly satisfying. I love them.

As soon as these are added to the creator, we'll have FiveM quality (almost) of random racing. Balanced car lists or purely random still and 1 lap per car.

this looks sick, the solution to the slower cars is to add more of the red question marks, so it impossible to over or undershoot them
hi ghillie i joined the races on stream and it was incredibly fun and a breath of fresh air in online . one thing id like to see is the option to have ANY race set to this mode, and every 2-3 checkpoints you get a new vehicle (say in a super race you can get any super car per few checkpoints)

During unknown unknowns? Because during the bike track I got the regular one with stars and stripes.
@@rutgerkerpel306 during the Paleto bay bike known unknown - the livery goes away when the color is dark, such as black, dark red, dark blue, etc. If it's white, it persists.

You know what those races reminds me of? Flatout 3: Chaos and Destruction but less lazy and more fun to play. Rockstar did that Team 6 didn't.
I'm far more excited to see what the community does with this feature. I just hope that when it is allowed in the creator, they give players the choice to enable/disable custom vehicles.

Today I was playing the one with the chance to get a car or plane and the guy against me who was rank 1000 something got an oppressor mkII to start then he got a blimp. Pure comedy.

I made the mistake of converting to XS version. Matchmaking has never worked and I’ve never been able to find a race with more that 3 people.
My only complaints are the lack of the ability to choose your vehicle color, player outfit, and radio. Having the ability to drive your own vehicles would be nice too. Obviously it has to be all stock for balance, but maybe the cosmetic could transfer over?
Yea the radio changing all the time gets annoying, might turn it off in the future. The outfit is stupid indeed but not something that really ruins it for me. Custom cars would make it fun, but perhaps less "fair" for People not owning most vehicles.
@@rutgerkerpel306 Indeed. That's actually why if on the off chance that you find a Transform Race lobby the host would most likely turn off custom vehicle.
I love the concept but i get screwed almost every time i get the slowest cars in the game back to back end up half a lap down thru no fault of my own and some races i don't get any decent cars .
I do wish that we would be allowed to use our fully upgraded & customized vehicles, using stock vehicles is a huge turn off for me... And if one doesn't have a particular vehicle then the mode should have all vehicles fully upgraded by default like the OG in Project Homecoming.

There are some weird glitches or bugs in this type of races if anyone notice it
My main 2 issues with these are the r* created tracks 🤢 and getting planes and boats in races. Not really a fan of that. I really really hope it comes to the creator. But i need a new laptop so maybe I'll just get one that can run 5m lol

How do you play these on PS5...? I launched quick join Stunt Races and never got anyone hosting these. I tried to host myself and invite people but I got like 1 player all weekend long. I tried for hours Saturday and Sunday but no players doing these. When I host it says "no one is currently hosting" so I have to host no matter what. Anyone know why these new races don't ever find players?

My favorite races in all of gta!
Personally, I dont like them. The known unknown races have the problem that unlike on Homecoming, you switch vehicles every few checkpoints and not every lap, cause God knows everyone will leave cause the average gta player in a random lobby wont race clean in a 20 minute long race. The unknown unknown races meanwhile are pure rng bullshit. Ive played around a dozen by now, and its complete bullshit watching some low level get an emerus and i get the fucking trashtruck. Which wouldnt be a problem, but if every single time i get some shit vehicle while everyone else gets a fast one, it really gets on ones nerves. As always, bad implementation of something the community did way better. R* truly is amazing.
The fun of Unknown Unknowns races is the fact that you receive completely random vehicles. What are you complaining about? If you get a terrible vehicle, simply restore it and you'll have another vehicle
@@arielmurilo9462 im complaining about bad luck and the fact that if i have to restore it, the dude in the emerus will already be 20 seconds ahead of me with no chance of catching up. its fun if you race for fun, but if you race to win its not very fucking funny
@@alexanderwidmar2850 That's the fun part. You don't know if you'll finish in 1st place or not because of bad or good RNG. However, I recommend putting 5-7 laps into Unknown Unknowns races if you are in a lobby with a lot of people. Just 2-3 laps isn't that fun. Sometimes I managed to go from last to first place because I put the number of laps above 5, so I can recover positions if a good RNG comes

YEAH... these races are fun..... If you don't care about racing to win... if your just looking to crash with 25 other idiots that don't care about racing to win, and just f,around... I am a t-hard racer, and I hate these races....lol

Well... If it is a "RACE"... Then the point is to win right..? And I was just expressing the FACT that these new "Races" are designed to be random, and that skill has very little to do with the Winning of the "RACE"... they should have just made it an open sandbox to play bumper cars in... Ohh wait.. that is what they did... And to your point... Yes I am a t-hard when it comes to racing... For me it's the most fun I have in the game... I'm in the top 10 in most, and top 5 in many... I'm glad you like the new ones but I don't, so have fun .... A.H.
