Well done video instructional. I learned the male triangle differently, but I can see how what you do is useful.
I learned the male triangle differently as well, but this works too.
It's interesting that you use left leg when moving back right on the male triangle. Most male triangle footwork in FMA is moving right leg back when down the right side of the triangle. I know there's no 'wrong way' so-to-speak - but curious on what FMA system teaches this pattern.
