  • All of the plants inside and out of the tank make the fish room look so much better than most you see. I think its the best way to present any tank. It makes people who aren't even into fish stare and get interested.

    • Indeed I've read a few comments from different people who get into the hobby b/c of wonderful videos like this. One day you have a 5 gallon with some nano fish, next month you have a pod of whales parked on your patio.

    • Nick is just as good as anyone else on you tube don't let his young age fool you. They give the info. If you follow absolutely correct is up to you. They also say your water parameters and skill set count as well. We are all striving to grow Certan fish but maybe our water will not let us like I love rams but can't keep em. Just keep experimenting and learn. That is the foundation for our hobby friends. No one is wrong. We are trying to see how it goes. I would love step by step for plants but I try it don't work? So what am I to do but watch the successful ppl and experiment? We are here to share and grow the hobby not hate and hurt one another!!! Mental health is a top priority for me and ppl can achieve this through our hobby. So if you post please post positive and uplifting things we are a community and we rely upon one another. Just be nice our world and hobby will be a better place.

  • Thanks for the great video. To all who need this, to reduce the “venoms effect” from getting stung - put the location in the hottest water you can stand, the hotter the better - it cooks and denatures the protein in the mucus. Use this for stingrays etc too. This is basic scuba diving first aid(if you’re looking for authenticity of the info)

    • Hi @Kaityscichlids😅

      @quetzaliny2740@quetzaliny27404 ай бұрын
    • Still promoting Aquarium central i see Kaity. Here is my letter to them which they refuse to respond to. Congratulations on making an enemy of me after i spent over 1K with your shop i discover that the one time i need to return something the management there go and hide leaving inexperienced junior staff to handle the matter even after i waited 20 minutes to speak to who ever Adam is but he refused to leave office and deal with issue. Now i am dedicating myself to informing who ever will listen that your organization is based on lying and pilfering from your customers. Apparently i have clocked up my maximum points with your credit system so if you want to begin to partially redeem yourself then i suggest you convert those points into as many Aqua Zonic 100w imersible heaters as it is worth and mail them to me. ASAP. ( not with standing you already owe me one for the non functioning one you sold me and then refused to exchange ). Now just so you understand how much you have insulted me here is a list of your transgressions . On three occasions i phoned up asking if particular fish were available, on all three occasions i was told they were only to arrive at the shop within an hour or so of phone conversation, to discover that in fact you did not have those fish. On the third occasion i was duped i voiced my frustration to some bearded ass hole who then immediately began yelling at me about how hard it is to keep fish. I purchased several air line valves only to discover that none of them worked and when i returned them discovered that the entire batch was faulty ..i pointed this out to management, but as none were functioning i never received a replacement not even any form of credit as an apology for this incident. Subsequent visits revealed you continued to sell the faulty valves I purchased some java moss from you which within 5 days had completely disolved into the water, To which your management replied oh that's not possible. This calling customers lyers and being aggressive towards them when they express dis-satisfaction is completely unacceptable and is the main motivation for my ensuring that as many as possible know of your duplicity. The final nail in the coffin was when i attempted to exchange the previously mentioned heater and not only was i treated as a leper with this Adam clown hiding instead of doing his job, leaving some poor junior who innocenly but erroneously. advised me that i didn't need a heater any way. To which i informed him that as i am a Angel fish breeder and i use the heaters to prevent temps bottoming out in the breeding tanks, so yes in fact new kid i do need heaters and don't be so presumptious to think you know what situation a customer is working with. So in short after discovering that your returns policy is in contravention of the fair trades act i suggest you do whatever is in your power to formulate some way in which you might be able to properly compensate me for the absolutely terrible experiences i have had at your facility. Otherwise i may just get vindictive enough to turn this into a Complaint to the Fair trades commission for no other reason than to put you through the same grief you have inflicted upon me. After the first series of insults i paused for a few months and then gave your shop a second chance, there will be no third time. Well done on turning a fairly regular and reasonably fiscal customer into a vehement enemy!

  • Beautiful fishroom, I recon he could grow a couple of mounted phalenopsis orchids around the aquarium’s too.particularly the emersed areas. While the Chihiros lights enhance the appearance of fish, those rummy nose tetras are the canaries of an aquarium, their noses are glowing , that aquarium must be perfect for the fish.

  • At 1:38:50, where the tank owner talks about how one needs to break up food so that it drops to the bottom vis a vis to "Corys" being bottom grazers; I've actually seen these types of fish adapt by swimming to the surface and turning themselves upside down to graze on food that is surface floating (Plecos will do the same, too). Corydoras are amazingly when it comes to becoming one with their environment.

  • I get it . Its all about the enviornment. Setting up different ones and watching and observing what makes the fish happy. Adrian said a couple of time that he wants fish that interact. Breeding is your goal, and then you only sell when you are forced to make room or set up a new idea. He is smiling when he is talking about the personalities of fish and what makes the plants grow. Very much into the visual effects and tranquility. Nothing more boring then seeing a bunch of sterile breeding set-ups. Thanks!
