Imogen, it’s lovely of you to send such a kind uplifting message to mollymae. It’s a shame that some people have to resort to negative hateful messages to make themselves feel better. Us women should be uplifting and Empowering each other. I applaud women at whatever they do to support themselves especially at this hard unpredictable time. I think that if you don’t have anything nice to say then you shouldn’t say anything at all.

Who hates her now!? There will always be some haters out there that mess with influencers, but she has mostly massive support, just look at her like/dislike ratio, comments etc.
I absolutely would never give anyone hate and don't understand why Molly-Mae received so much of it on LI. However, I do think that the amount of travelling she has been doing during the pandemic is wrong and I think she should address this in her videos. I don't think asking her to acknowledge that is giving hate.

Would really recommend getting a water filter like you mentioned, cheaper and a lot better for the environment than single use plastic! Love all the coats. It's unhealthy the amount of times people hate on your for literally no reason, this girl can't do anything in peace without people coming for her and its honestly so upsetting and you can see it really affecting her. Roma Wilkinson my main point is that lots of other people do not get hate for using the term chav or posting videos styled like a “chav”, more people hype this up rather than tear them down. But when it comes to certain celebrities they get absolutely slaughtered for the smallest things. By no means was she intending to hurt peoples feelings with the phrase as I believe that’s not what her intentions are at all, like any of us, we see trends and jump onto them. I completely understand where you are coming from though.

However I think that it’s a very slippery slope to go down if you as a result don’t hold influencers with such a large platform as hers to account. I agree I don’t think she intended to hurt anyone’s feelings at all but it’s important to educate people with the most influence first as a starting point; her apology here might make people who use this word question it which is great. It obviously seems unfair that she is getting a hard time for it when most people get away with it, but having such a huge platform comes with huge responsibility!

Problem is that she's shown her and Tommy either not wearing a mask, or wearing one incorrectly so often that she could have done much worse than hurt a fly, she could have given someone covid19 and killed them. thank you for acknowledging the chav thing, it's very clear you have good intentions and sometimes just make mistakes (don't we all!). the fact you are always open to stepping back reviewing things and apologising shows that you're genuine and I appreciate it. Times have massively changed for sure and I'm sure a lot of us used to use the word chav without realising its connotations. I really recommend the book chavs by owen jones which explores a lot of the ways working class people are demonised.
