I have wanted a radiusing jig for a few years and already have a laser engraver. The file was perfect and the use of small magnets to keep the acrylic attached to the frame during routing was a great idea. Looking forward to what you come up with next.

thank you The ones I used are 5mm and 3mm acrylic. The angular template I made last is 3mm. Acrylic is an easy material to buy here in Korea. My LM3 is 10w.

Do you use an air assist on your laser cutter??
That's right. The air assistant works great. Required for diode lasers.
@@carpentak Well, poop. That would be an added expense. Thank you for the reply. I can't decide if I would even use a laser engraver/cutter that much. I see you make the rulers and I think it would be a great idea. Do you find the tool very useful? I see you also engrave the names of the builds you make on the sides of the items. But I don't really see much of use for one.
@cackleberryfarm4598 A laser cutter is not essential equipment in the workplace. Buy it considering its usefulness for your work. Since I have a laser, I envision more ways to utilize it in my work.

Bonjour. Je n'utilise que le logiciel lightburn et je n'y connais rien. J'ai appris à l'utiliser à partir d'une vidéo KZhead. Vous pouvez également apprendre à utiliser GRBL sur KZhead. merci

@@carpentak That would be cast acrylic I assume, correct? That seems to laser better.
@@carpentak Also make sure your kerf offset is correct to get exact sizing.
@@carpentak does your files contain the kerf offset ? If not what did you use?
@@pepper7144 You will have to test your own setup and adjust the setting to suit your machine.
