how to improve without going thru discomfort?
There needs to be a bit of discomfort. If you avoid ALL discomfort, it means you're anticipating on it. Change your mindset. Discomfort is what you need to grow. A bit of discomfort. Not too much
one question, whenever i go freediving i want to breathe after 1 minute. Then my stomach automatically starts to pulsate, and that's uncomfortable because I want to breathe. Will this stupid feeling ever go away? Because I want to watch the coral reefs and not have that stupid, tormenting feeling...
It's all about relaxing, and relaxing comes with technique, and technique gives confidence ✌️
But the feeling never goes away?
