I got to do an article about men and their member obsession. The weirdest part to me as a guy who's comfortable with what I bat with is how much these dudes care more about what other guys think in a locker room or whatever and most surgeries focus on lengthening the dangle while soft rather than on hard. • I’ve been in healthcare for some time and want to offer a Fun Fact/Tip- Older men, especially heavier set older men tend “turtle in” when laying down. When they are bed bound and using a urinal, there’s a trick that can be used. If you push softly right above the “grape” it tends to come out a bit more so it is easier to aim into the urinal. Then place the urinal where you finger was and make sure keep that pressure using the urinal so it doesn’t “turtle” back in until you’re ready. I had a really good RN and CNAs during my clinicals. Otherwise I never would have thought this would work!

  • The struggle of peeing uncircumcised, it will go at the weirdest angle at first and then you have to pull the skin back in order to get to aim straight, but even then there might be a little dribble that will go whatever which way. The right move may have been to cover the whole member in the jug but knowing your luck it might've gone backwards

  • I was in the hospital for 6 days and my favorite part was meeting the residents and students. It was a children's hospital and I was 16 so I was an easier patient and I wasn't in there for any major reason, just monitoring. So it was cool watching them teach newer staff how to do EKGs and even how to talk to patients. They had to redo my IV so they had a technician do it with a resident there to teach him, and he told me about medical school and how they had to practice on each other. I was a lot of people's firsts, even if it was just taking my blood pressure or listening to my heart, it made me really happy. And it was really cool learning with them! I had a physics project and I chose to do it on ultrasounds, so when they did an ultra sound of my heart, I asked them questions and had them explain it to me and was able to cite it as an interview on my project (which I got a 100 on). Everything about it was really cool.

  • Telling your nursing stories is so relatable??? not to me, but to my sisters and mom who also experiences this kind of thing on the daily. Though the stories I hear most of the time from them are poop stories

    • @@Fallograme Just go for it head on! It’s a tough field but when you have the passion for it and drive to learn, it makes all the sleepless nights worth it :) You’ll do absolutely amazing! Also remember to drink a lot of water and have food on you because stress + exhaustion + hunger don’t mix well at all! Good luck ^__^
