​Today’s challenge pushed the boundaries of my cooking capabilities and I wish I could say each dish was executed perfectly… To add even more pressure, our taste tester was a true steak legend who doesn’t hold back when it comes to critiquing food.   • Amazing video max! Also im pretty sure the reason the ice cream machine didnt work is because there was slightly too much alcohol in the base, adding alcohol to liquid can dramatically lower the temperature it freezes

  • I’ve tried using liquor with making fresh ice cream, but I think it’s due to the alcohol content that it won’t ever freeze. Like all liquors, they never freeze but stay cold. But I liked the idea and design for your baked Alaska!

  • I made myself once crispy pork skin glazed with dark chocolate. It was like a porky, poor man's Snickers, which turned out amazing. Also, seasoning a steak with chocolate is brilliant, due to the chocolate having sugar, so you have a better crust.
