  • Some might think machines automation would do much faster and efficient. This factory keeps Thailand people employed so they would spend money back to the economy. I like human run factories with minimal machinery equipment for heavy loads, as long as the workers are treated well with dignity.

  • Hats off to them. They are working hard in hot humid conditions. Those so called waste is a precious resource. I think they could be used in building. Maybe mixed with cement instead of sand to make light weight concrete.
