  • I'm coming to the conclusion my daughter died of cancer because of Vit D deficiency. She was scared of sun damage and always covered up and wore sunscreen and didnt go outside much. She had un-diagnosed health issues for a long time - diagnosed as Chronic Fatigue. She decided once to get her Vitamin D levels checked but was told by her GP it was unnecessary and a waste of money. Her levels would have been very low. She died two months after cancer diagnosis, it was very aggressive. I think she could have stood a chance if her levels had been high. Also, because she had a history of mild mental health issues, the doctors dismissed her cancer symptoms for over a year (Colon cancer) as all in her head. I heard this myself because I eventually went to her appointments with her - where the doctor actually said "Youre just too sensitive for this world" and "I am underwhelmed by your symptoms". Two days later she was in so much pain we went to the ED and she was diagnosed with terminal cancer. I am bitter.

This was 5000 more than my doctor wanted me to take but it put my levels just slightly higher than what is recommended. But the results are this is the first winter I have gone through that I haven’t had even one depressive episode. This is huge! I mean for the first time in my life (71 yrs) that I haven’t even thought about depression for months. It’s been such a relief to not have depression as an issue in my life!

My urologist told me to begin and continue taking Vitamin D. He said research had shown that people who either had a cancer diagnosis or had a resurgence of cancer always had low Vitamin D. Evidence suggested that low Vitamin D was correlated with human illness and specifically so, cancer. Thank you Doctor John for the work you do! 🙏🏾

  • Higher dose vitamin D was removed from Danish pharmacies at some point during the "Event from 2019". You have to specifically ask the pharmacist about it and are then “interrogated” as to whether you are authorized to buy it. It will also be sold if you insist on it. Although vitamin D does not require a prescription in Denmark and you can legally buy 10,000 IU online. Everyone can imagine the intention of this approach for themselves.

Then I caught a friend's cold, and my immune system kicked in, and I shook it off within twelve hours. My husband caught a nasty cold, and I thought I was bound to catch it. Nope, not a sniffle. It is criminal that people aren't routinely tested for Vitamin D and that they favoured the ‘jab’ rather than making sure people's vitamin D levels were optimal.

When I got diagnosed with Covid from a rapid antigen test I was able to get over it very easily in just a few days despite never taking the vaccine. My only symptoms was a sore throat (razor blades when i swallowed) and lower back pain for a few days. I took vit d supplements and made sure to go out for daily walks outside in the sun

  • *My Vitamin D Case Study:* In my 40s, I was catching something every winter and the severity worsened every year. In 2012, I had the flu, a bacterial cold and then a viral cold and was sick the entire month of January. I did some research and started taking 4000 IU of D3 daily and haven't been sick since then, other than the Omicron variant of COVID which was a very mild head cold lasting four hours (I took Ivermectin). A year ago, I added 100 mcg of K2 daily.

    • I am just starting to understand the importance of Vit D, would you recommend D3 with K2, or would you recommend keeping then separate. Thanks in anticipation.

      @YankMcGill@YankMcGill2 ай бұрын
    • @@YankMcGill - I am not a doctor so I definitely don't want to prescribe anything to anyone. I buy my D3 and K2 separately, out of habit. Many people have started taking K2 with D3 and I've seen them packaged together in the same pill. If I got a good price on a pill with 4000 IU of D3 and 100 mcg of K2, I wouldn't hesitate to buy that for the convenience of taking one pill instead of two.

Wow - I do think Professor Anderson might have been connecting the underground tunnel that humans 12,900 years ago would have had to hide in to the way we process vit D? I downloaded his book. thank you!!

  • I LOVE this film. I learned first about the importance of Vitamin D probably twenty years ago now, from Dr Mercola. I have taken supplements and had mine privately tested every year since. I'm always asking anyone who's poorly "Have you had your Vitamin D checked?" (people sigh, and they knew I was going to say that). But hey, I'm 71, can't remember the last time I was ill - decades ago. Never got covid, never got jabbed, never wore a mask and take no pHarmer meds whatsoever. I'm doing something right clearly.

When I searched your name and "france law", the top 12 results were 7 of your videos, interspersed with 5 videos "debunking" you. Ridiculous search results. You continue to give me hope for humanity and civil thought and conversation. Keep up the great work! It is greatly appreciated! Thank you!

  • Thanks for refreshing our collective thoughts on optimising Vit D before, during, and after an illness or dubious medical intervention. Many if us headed the wisdom and got onto this early in the pandemic. Why on earth does the message still seem to be falling on deaf ears 4 years into the global medical health emergency response? It is beyond explanation. Thanks for keeping on getting this message out to the public.

  • Highly informative, thank you. In Spain if you are low on Vitamin D you often get prescribed once a month - Hidroferol 0,266 mg calcifediol monohidrato. Late last year, I think they asked doctors to test, because the chemist and a doctors receptionist I know says practically everyone is on it. They also raised the level that was deemed as healthy. My hope is that we will see people´s overall health improving.

I took ,30,000 every few days after the antibiotics and prednisone and I started feeling better. Also porbiotics and enzymes and other vitamins. Diet is important too. Cod Liver Oil I take as well, which adds the vitamin A for the D. Sunshine also helps me. Thank you for this information.

  • Isn’t is odd how the Australian govt locked us in our homes and we could only go out close to home for specified short time periods…. I was reported to police for taking my dog to a dog beach by a busybody who thought I was out of my permitted zone. I already knew being outdoors was safest and gave health benefits The police came to my home while I was out and door knocked all my neighbours asking where I was. How pathetic is that? And those police probably took covid door to door.

So refreshing and enriching to listen to people who respect life, work to help humanity and who share knowledge freely vs those to whom making a profit is ones' primary goal in life. Richness is not counted in dollars Living is not based on having a large bank account, social status or power based all coming from some sort of exploitation. Sad that people in charge have lost their way and the mighty dollar is all that matters to them Thank you both for taking the time to share your knowledge and wisdom with us here.
