Yea the older corolla were reliable but now a days the new cars just like nice on inside and out but engines built cheap with cheap parts just like new house today they look nice on inside and out but plumbing was built with cheap copper etc.. They just look nice I will take a older ride or an older house and fix up how I want it for less than you will spend on a new corolla or house real talk . Forget electric cars he'll no weak

@@georgegomez5654 The secret is don't use 0w-20 oil that the new cars call for. That stuff is like water and will cause wear to the engine. The only reason they recommend that thin oil is because of the EPA fuel efficiency mandates. If you care about your engine then don't go any lower than 5w-30 oil.

Mostly in the big cities. Find a dealership in smaller rural areas.

The dealerships are Marking them up to much. And they are probably not selling well. Then they will discontinue it because it didn't have enough demand. 😑 because of greedy dealers/scalpers.
If Toyota won't do it, I will. I shal put superchargers and a GR badge on any year of Toyota Corolla sedan and sell it for 100 dollars more than however much the Corolla, Supercharger, and emblem cost.

We purchased a 2024 Corolla SE for my wife on Halloween! She loves it and I am very pleased with it. We traded a 2012 Camry SE. It's a great car!
I got a 2024 Corolla SE Hybrid about a month ago in white and it looks amazing, drives very smoothly, and gets very good MPG. I’m consistently getting about 43-47 MPG on each longer trip I take. And it can get into the 50s and even 60 for MPG if you’re doing only streets and are smart with your acceleration. Great we’ll made and affordable car!

@@yayger825 Yes if you get the SE trim, the front looks the same as it did in the video. I much prefer this design of the front. Much cooler and more modern and aggressive than the LE or XLE front design.
What’s crazy is you can get that MPG with an Xse as well if you’re smart on acceleration

My 3rd month with my 2024 Corolla LE Hybrid, my average mileage has stood between 55.5 and 56.8 MPG. I generally get right at or nearly 600 miles per tank. This is my 3rd Toyota since my first in 1984, the previous two were kept until 20 years old. I can't see owning anything other than Toyota.

During the next year, this is going to be my next car to buy. I’ve heard quite a bit of great things about this car. I’m currently driving a 1999 version of the LE, and that car is still going strong to this day. When I upgrade, I think it’s going to feel powerful.

My dream is to own a new 2024 4Runner, and to compliment it with a new base trim Corolla to compliment it. Two awesome brand new Toyotas, two COMPLETELY different tasks!! 4Runner it the tough and the fun joy riding and camping vehicle…while Corolla is my gas sipper that will keep my 4Runner very low mileage, and will stop me from getting hit too hard at the gas pump. Getting the new 4Runner very soon, it’ll take me maybe a year to add the Corolla. The Corolla ain’t going nowhere, but the 4Runner is the ASAP purchase before they’re gone forever!!! At least a brand new one.

I think Toyota should build a Toyota corolla truck with catchy name, and use the corolla name. There was 7 version of the corolla in 1981, I would like to see this, so it doesn't take way from Corolla sales, or bring a small version of the Tacoma with hybrid. I had two corollas, 1981 and 1994, my 1994 was one of the best driving corolla's , so much fun to drive. Hope you continue to build more Corolla variants and keep building fun to drive corollas. I think under the GR corolla, there should be performance corolla under the TRD badge, or another Apex version or other variant name that can compete with the mazda 3 handling. I think you need to bring back the Manual corolla!!

Reliability. Reliability and affordability are the main attractions for us. We are average income people struggling with inflation and many people in North America are now facing the same struggle, living paycheck to paycheck. I've been saying for years that we need another " people's car ", something affordable and reliable for average struggling people and there are MANY of us and we need a car built for OUR demographic. I've also been saying that the company who builds an affordable and reliable " people's car " might end up ruling the automotive world, since most other car manufacturers seem to think that we need expensive cars that we can't afford and do not offer low cost reliable transportation as an option. I'm glad that Toyota has had enough sense to consider the needs of the struggling majority. After most careful consideration of all the alternatives, we have decided to replace our 22 year old Chrysler sedan with a Corolla L model. People of lesser means still need a good car and it seems that Toyota is smart enough to understand this fact and I would say that the harder life gets in North America, the more Corollas are going to be purchased.
Getting my very first car-an SE-in midnight black here very soon. It’s brand new as well. Do i deserve her? Hell no. But she’s fine af. I’m taking her across country for sure.

I'm confused by the MPG listed. My 2020 Corolla SE gets 45 mpg consistently. This is commuting about 40 miles a day total. Why not advertise this high number? I'm not a granny driver, either

Price matters a lot when it comes to the car buyers' options. Any extras added to this car will shoot its price closer to a higher segment such as Prius. Think about it!!

Too bad there isn't a manual option for the Corolla anymore. That's only available on the GR Corolla. Shame they are way too expensive these days. Call me boring all you want, but I've always liked the 2005-2006 and the 2009-2010 models are my favorites.

I've had to get 2 new front bumpers and hoods from slight fender benders, both times the whole front of my 18 Corolla folded and broke like a thin piece of plastic while both times the other person had only a little scratch on their paint. That's how they make em so cheap. The body is just thin plastic, even the bumpers, well the front you mise well say doesn't even have a bumper cause you can't bump anything.

2024 model is nearly 30hp more powerful though. And EPA estimates for the most efficient Corolla in 2015 (LE Eco) is 34 mpg combined. It's possible that real world MPG numbers for the new one are higher :)

It’s actually useful, I have one and it doesn’t even obstruct your view at all. This is a perfect example of trying things once you see it and use it in person, you will appreciate more than you realize
