Among the many videos, it is rare to find a video that makes you feel better as you watch it. This video deserves it. By the way, in Japan, this Porsche Turbo became famous in the boom that occurred in the late 1970s. Japan's own nickname is "The Red Porsche".
I’ve never seen the dry ice cleaning before. The results are impressive!
My favorite 911
Would have never guessed those shocks /struts were green . That dry ice blasting is cool to watch . Need a whole video of it . Another amazing detail of a great car.
We have a couple playlists we’ve made that are just dry ice cleaning videos! Check em out!
Dry ice cleaning 😮. 930 turbo is incredible
One of the most iconic cars ever, and you guys made it look better then new. Love these videos!
Thanks for watching!!
What a video and what a job on that 930. I live local to you and thought I was taking good care of my 930 until I witnessed what’s possible. Hopefully one day I have the money to give her that level of treatment. Incredible. Flashing the lights on the turn table was a great touch.
The ultimate cleaning
Even today that 930 Turbo looks fantastic, thanks to a great restoration. Who needs a new car when you can have a restored/rejuvenated classic such as this one 😎👍
Totally agree!
That costs three times as much as a new turbo
@@m.r.5719 A 2023 911 Turbo S loaded is over 260 K
There’s something soothing about watching you guys detail! Excellent work as usual!
Thanks so much buddy!
So soothing. I admire your work
Great transformation guys!! Love it !👌

Dry ice cleaning is so satisfying to watch

Thanks buddy!

Iconic car, you guy’s are awesome! Love the videos!
Thanks for watching!
What a pleasure to watch you! A great car becomes even more beautiful. Thanks very much....
Thanks for watching!
That car looks fantastic
It is amazing how much paint comes off when you buff this car out... be careful to not take too much off as it is single stage enamel.
Welp, looks like I'll be taking my 1987 911 down to Costa Mesa for a signature detailing. Such fantastic results.
Holy crap! Wow!
Super Video Thank you Happy Weekend for you 😚👍🤟👌👌
Thank you! You too!

How long does it take to dry ice the underside of a car?
Looks like a beautiful museum piece now
Just the way we like it :)
Always a fantastic job!How many cars per month you guys usually do?Keep up the great work and awesome videos.😎💥
Each month we probably finish - Big projects 4-8 Small projects 10-20 So a good bit!
Nice classic Porsche. Well done. 🔨👊🏻😎
Thanks bud! Hope you have a great weekend!

what machine is that you are using to de-way the rubber and plastic? i do all the cleaning and detailing on a guards 993 turbo owned by my brother. when he bought it from orig. owner there were some wax stains on the wiper nozzles, fuzzy canvas looking sunroof seal and the front and rear bumperettes. ive tried everything but they always come back. what is the process you used if its not a secret i'd be grateful for the help. thank you. cheers
1982 Porsche 930 Turbo (European Specs-Grey Market in the U.S.) in RARE Guards Red on Red (Two Color-Red on Red Leather Seats with Black Dashboard) was mine (1982-1985). This Porsche had been known in South Florida as the quickest and Best Looking Porsche on the roads there. The acceleration was incredible off the line, from my experiences, quicker than a Ferrari or Lamborghini.
I was glad to see the snow foam then being agitated by the cloth and used to wash the car. Always wondered why most vids show snow sprayed on then just sprayed off. Just wondered why do that and not use it to wash?
Do these cali cars get some kind of coating underneath from new?
this is my dream car
I'd pay 100 bucks any day for a nice detail like that
Hi does the 911 get any new transparent wax protection for the underbody etc... Greetings from Germany
@I AM Detailing Good deep detailing, may I know if it's ok for you to review our foam cannon S V3.0?Thanks in advance!😊
when i get one of these Im bringing It to you
Nice work. But I would change the shocks & tires to brand new ones. 👍🏼💯
… Guards Red ❤️🔥 Subscribed
Thanks for joining our community! We’re grateful to have you!
Nice Porsche you made my day 🎉the widow maker is now awesome 👏 ❤ Can I know what brand of wax do you spray afterwards ? Best regards Francis
Typically we use waxoyl, 3M clear matte, or Cosmoline after we dry ice clean
Vocês estão de parabéns. Detalhistas.
Muchas gracias 🫡
NICE CAR ❤❤❤
The one and only….🧐❤️❤️❤️….!
What are the pro’s of dry ice blasting?
Hermoso juguete para el fin de semana
Since there wasn't an '80s song, try 'I like Driving In My Car' by Madness. How much paint depth is lost by rubbing out the scratches? How many times can a deep polish be performed before the only remedy becomes a respray?
Amazing classic! Again you all do amazing jobs
Glad you like it!
Beautiful only after removing all the factory protective underbody clear wax that turned black due to dust and driving the car lost all of it’s protection and will start to corrode due to exposure to the air that always has some humidity. Will you protect the car after cleaning to keep it in such a nice state or will this car end up corroding while all protection has been removed from it’s underbody / suspension parts and all small nuts, bolts and brackets.
They do protect it after. I wonder if the aftermarket underseal lasts as long as that factory underseal, or if you'd have to re-apply it every few years 🤔
If we use Cosmoline, it’s a OEM replacement, and if we use Waxoyl, it’s used as the strongest rust protectant we have, certified for military use. A more modern coating has the benefit of newer technology. It’s hard to say because you can’t compare the same car and usage with its original coating and the new coating, but I believe we do the best job we can to ensure the vehicle stays in top condition
I really enjoy your videos and wish that you could open a branch in Warren, Michigan, U.S.A. I would be the first to make an appointment. Thank you,
Thank you! Appreciate the support!
Hey step handbrake 😏😂 @9:33
Any one ? What is the cost to clean this cars ? Super nice detail .
Uncle Remus said he apologizes for not sticking around until the end… his Depend reached the Maximum load at the 15 min. marker and had to split. Cheers!
Gorgeous car. #porschelove
8:04 I need that. at my house.
Hope you replaced the factory wax protection that's kept it rust free
Grew up in N. Miami. My buddy Steve had one just like it when they were new. It was a grey market car, no pollution crap on the motor. That was a serious car in it's day. There was nothing from japan at the time that could touch it. For that matter it was pretty much the quickest thing on the street. Whisper quiet, Turbo came on like a smack in the back of the head, stopped on a dime. Interior was sparse without all the B.S. like today. Add a Blaupunkt stereo and your off.
Doing the dry ice so close to the paint when you were doing the black trim pieces, will that damage paint?
We can use dry ice to clean the paint if we wanted to. We’re using a really gently setting and our beam is quite accurate
@@IAMDetailing Ok, I see. Thanks.
Guards Red is the best color.
Totally agree! 😍
It's there for a reason
Music at 13:50 mark..."Love, I don't like to see so much stain..."
😜
Do you use paint depth meter? When you do the Paint inspection?
Sure do! We have a nexgen digital paint meter. It works great and has an app associated that lets us keep record for every car, before and after
@@IAMDetailing I have one that too! Its a very cool equipament! Thanks you for replying! I really enjoy to see your work! Greetings from Portugal 🤘
What type of brush is that you use to scrub clean the leather?
It is a leather cleaning brush from Swissvax
My dream machine the widow maker
Nuts
Amazing well done , glad i found this channel 🤙 years ago friends would make fun of me , how anal i was detailing my ride , wife would hate it lol washing and detailing it monthly , now 30 years later everyone that made fun of me now wants to buy it from me 😂
12:34 What's a pity is that the yellow you're removing is the protective wax, put on the aluminum from the factory to protect it! That's why it's still so beautiful, despite its 40 years of age...
You will find if you continue to the finished shots that we replaced the coating with a modern milspec protective coating
@@IAMDetailing Thank you, a great initiative that will last another 50 years !
If that was my car, I’d have it ceramic coated or clear protective film over the entire car.
Love from pakistan❤
Superbe par contre si vous la vendez je serais éventuellement preneur merci

Mein Traum Auto.❗👍 👏 🤝 Freundlichst Willi . . . 🤷♂️ 😍
Besides BMW, Audi, Mercedes Benz all big brands. My model BMWs & Volkswagens & Audis.
May I ask what your cost of work is؟
Every car is completely different because no two jobs are the same, so we don’t discuss individual pricing on our channel, for the privacy of our owners, and so someone can’t say “i have the same car, i want that price” - because everything is based on time. If you’re curious about our rates or to get a proper quote on one of our vehicles, you can find more information on our website - www.iamdetailing.com
Looks like a million bucks..... And probably costs more.....like they say cleanliness is next to godliness.... 👍👌🤙👏🤓💰💪
Only suggestion - don’t show the finished product right at the beginning.
i should have watched the wole thing before the questions
All good! We use the Karcher 7/40 and the Coldjet PCS60 dry ice cleaning machines
@@IAMDetailing and dry ice has no adverse effect on the plastic or rubber. There's also on the door itself the sill where the window comes down it looks like it's a black painted part that also has a little issue with the wax will it take paint off?
@@gregoryfranks7347 the thing about dry ice cleaning is - you have to be very careful with it and thats why its important to only hire trained professionals. You can be gentle enough for rubber or electronics and you can be harsh enough to strip the paint off the entire car if you want. It all comes down to settings and use case
@@IAMDetailing i think thats a wise idea. thanks for your help
Give me this Porsche over the new GT3 RS all day long!
