  • Regarding the tall ice spikes, a player named ElRichMC managed to generate pretty much an entire biome of them (reaching to world height iirc) using pistons and a lot of chunk-loading shenanigans. His video has an explanation of the method, and it was all done in survival! It surely doesn't count as an anomaly as it's artificially generated, but it's cool to see anyways. Btw, the video is in Spanish, but you can see the results in it without understanding the language.

  • In the case of the buried treasure, the spawners are being “reset”, like you said. In the case of the dungeon pig spawner, though, the spawner isn’t being reset, it just happens to have the NBT data of the chest, so it’s not technically being “reset”, but rather being set up improperly.

  • That ending comment on how big Minecraft worlds are and how there are most likely anomalies in every world was literally going through my mind this entire video. I noticed how most people find these weird seeds close to spawn because that's where they start their world, but when people use code, they go millions of blocks away from spawn. I think that's awesome; every world could have something weird in it, and we would never know.

  • As a kid I had just way too many Minecraft worlds and I remember having one with an end island similar to 3:02 , all the pillars were floating and some end stone ring was floating around them. I also remember finding a pretty high cactus (maybe 7-8 blocks), but well back then I just thought "cool whatever" and farmed it xD But the most rare thing that has ever happened to me must have been that one: I once created a new world. After a while I started recognizing places, I was able to tell where some things like ores or spawners were. Turned out I had generated a world I've played on before, which is freaking crazy when you look at the odds, they're literally zero.

    @littleolelonk4759@littleolelonk47593 ай бұрын
    • Well they never made the GUI for the triple chest which is why it looks glitched. But that is an interesting question because every time you add a new chest (triple, quadruple, etc) the storage space increases.

      @Rovant@Rovant3 ай бұрын
    • @@RovantI guess they probably made it so the storage space is calculated through the amount of chests next together, but only expected 1 and 2 to be the case

    • @@fuzzbearplush4453the double chest inventory is made by merging the current chest's inventory with the ones next to it when displaying it. When more than one merge happens, it actually works completely fine and there is no problem with the inventory. There is only a visual glitch because the game makes the chest GUI by displaying a certain number of rows from the chest GUI background based on the inventory size. If the inventory has more than 6 rows, this goes off the bottom of the chest slots part of the GUI, and displays other parts of the GUI background file. A triple chest will display the players inventory slots and the gap in between (making the slots misaligned with the background). A quadruple chest will go off the bottom and display a blank space as well.

  • I really love the final sentence! It is most likely true and the tall cacti 10 million blocks from spawn are a good example. Who knows, mabey the very seed you are playing your singeplayer world right now has an 8 block cactus, a triple dungeon, a landed shipreck and two deepsplate emerald ores adjacent at various far away locations each.

  • I wish Minecraft had native support for triple and quadruple chests. For quadruple chests, have the UI twice as wide. Since the 9x3 grid represents a single chest, and for a double chest, the top half represents either the left (Java) or the first (Bedrock) chest placed. So for a triple chest, the UI shouldn't break a grid in part. So the game could check if the current UI allows 3 chests tall UI, then show that, otherwise generate the UI for four chests, but with the bottom right 9x3 missing.

They look to come from ceiling caverns extending up past the bedrock ceiling. I would have never cleared the bedrock there, as I had only explored there as of recent, and nothing has been built there for me to need to get up and down from the roof.

  • Meanwhile my weirdest seed is one where i found 5 hills fairly close to one another all seemingly being the right shape and size to have ancient citys under them(havent checked yet since its hardcore world), one having 2 seperate villages on top of it and the seed otherwise just being strangely wild with its generation Like a circular chasm that ends up having surface layer drip stone, but also a single villager house in it because of the previously mentioned villiges, that village being not too far from spawn too
