That’s what makes it such a great series, Jon’s incredible acting really makes it feel like Frank Castle has so much fury built up that he just tanks half of the time when he’s hit or shot, however you can still tell that it’s incredibly painful but the adrenaline just overwhelms the pain. What I love about the Punisher is that he's not invincible. He can't avoid every shot, he will take a beating, and he WILL get hurt... ... Which is why I love him, because no matter what someone does to him, they all get that same terrified look on their faces when they realize he's knocked out/killed 3 of their friends and he'w not staying down. It's like fighting a grizzly bear; it isn't going to get scared and run away, it will continue swinging and clawing until either you're dead or it is, and just like in real life street fighter (I am a Kali blackbelt AKA largely some of the stuff you see Punisher doing in his choreography), the fights are usually measured by the person who showed up more prepared to die. The guy that is scared of what the other person will do to them or fearful of the repercussions? They're the ones that don't have their heart in the fight and will typically lose.

Same level as a Green Beret soldier in the Army and a Navy SEAL in the Navy, or an Airman in Air Force Para Rescue. All those are special forces, each branch has their own. Pretty sure Space Force will just use Marines in their spec ops, creating Space Marines 😈

That’s what makes it such a great series, Jon’s incredible acting really makes it feel like Frank Castle has so much fury built up that he just tanks half of the time when he’s hit or shot, however you can still tell that it’s incredibly painful but the adrenaline just overwhelms the pain. Great acting

A gym is one of the worst places to have a brawl, the amount of deadly weapons within reach can makes things very messy. As was the case in the entire scene from this episode of the Punisher.
I like how Frank’s style isn’t over-calculated or methodical, it’s just raw, dirty adaptive street styled fighting. Dodges when he can, Eats the hits he can’t.

What I love about the Punisher is that he's not invincible. He can't avoid every shot, he will take a beating, and he WILL get hurt... ... Which is why I love him, because no matter what someone does to him, they all get that same terrified look on their faces when they realize he's knocked out/killed 3 of their friends and he'w not staying down. It's like fighting a grizzly bear; it isn't going to get scared and run away, it will continue swinging and clawing until either you're dead or it is, and just like in real life street fighter (I am a Kali blackbelt AKA largely some of the stuff you see Punisher doing in his choreography), the fights are usually measured by the person who showed up more prepared to die. The guy that is scared of what the other person will do to them or fearful of the repercussions? They're the ones that don't have their heart in the fight and will typically lose.
What I love about this scene is he doesn't absolutely demolish them, he gets the shit beat out of him too

Just remember, if you’re ever threatened by someone face-to-face, always be aware of your surroundings, if the object isn’t bolted down, it can be used for self-defense no matter what it is….. a stapler, a bucket, a small table, a coat rack, a shopping cart, etc..

They should’ve did a news recap of each instance like this playing on a tv in the background throughout the series. Just imagine “A fight at a local gym leaves 7 men dead and another 3 men permanently disabled. It appears a fight insued and they were all viciously beaten.” Then Frank just sips his coffee puts on his jacket and walks into the next episode or something lmao.

I love this series how he’s portrayed, he isn’t the biggest nor the strongest yet he is deadly and ruthless so he always wins
I love how he always uses his environment like how in mk11 you can grab a dead body or fallen chandelier
The way he uses the momentum from hits to propel him into an attack on someone else is really impressive
i do love how realistic and not so clean and smooth the fight was. was sloppy and didn’t look like they had an easy time throwing the equipment. a well done scene
