hello~✸
I decided to take on the impossible challenge... finishing not only one sketchbook, but four. It was such a fun way to loosen up and just make art without putting too much pressure and thought into what I was making. Hope you enjoy!

Hi! If you’re thinking of writing a comment “what art supplies are you using? Especially that highlighter type marker?” Watch this vlog: kzhead.info/sun/ZdOGedCciKh3lGg/bejne.htmlsi=65LUew9CUsiE9GIs
something that was an eye opener for me in this vid is when you said you did not love all the spreads you showed in this vid. i absolutely love them!! it makes me think about that we are our own strongest harshest critic
omg that part resonated with me so much too! I feel like whenever I just finish drawing something, I either love or hate it. But when I look back at it a couple of weeks or even years later, I'm glad I actually drew it.
SAME OMG
being a perfectionist in a sketchbook is WILD, that's like being a perfectionist in the words you silently speak to yourself, or a perfectionist in your personal journal. That's nuts hahahaha
i think the people that are perfectionists are ones that plan on showing their sketchbook to others
Ohhh this is THE perfect video, I'm not an artist but I adore watching you draw & play with colors. It's so wonderful!
ahhh!! thank you :')
That bit about warming up and having to get the "ugly" out of the way is so relatable in my writing. The first thing is always a weird, warped mess, but then smooths out into something I'm proud of. Also, I'm obsessed with that neon pink watercolor! Every time you used it, I was hypnotized.
No way!! Rotten Mango is the best thing to watch or listen to while drawing.
YES I LOVE ROTTEN MANGO! That’s what I always listen to when I animate
I rip out my bad artwork from my sketchbook as I bothers me, but those who keep their less than perfect drawings in their book are admirable ❤️
I got over my fear of making crap art in my sketchbook by reminding myself I can just paint or scrapbook over it and turn it into a more art journal type page. It doesn’t have to be finished until I’m happy with it. As for repainting over canvases, if you don´t want the texture you can lightly sand it! ❤ your style is really sweet.
It is always good to make these challenges or “dumps” to work out some bad energy or block within your art. You loosen up and allow yourself to play and experiment because you are not in the headspace of making a perfect piece. I always work in several sketchbooks at once so I can continue my art energy instead of waiting for one piece to dry. Your sketchbooks are great.
I can't help but admiring your works Tiffany!💚
thank you :')
I absolutely loved that video. If only because watching you draw stuff without it looking so very involved with three days of planning for a drawing and carefully choosing the colors and such. My mind knows it, but still, it's very freeing to see you just draw and please yourself, even if you don't always love everything. I'm always paralyzed by the feeling that I can't draw/paint/use my sketchbooks because I can't use them for stuff that isn't great and perfect. Watching you just draw and feel in pages was very freeing and really made me want to grab one of mine and just draw too rather than fret about how/what I draw. I loved the "long long boy" art image at around 38:00 !!
Absolutely can relate to this
Your mind and talent :O it's crazyyyyyy! I found myself smiling after almost every completed page because of how satisfying it is to see the result hahaha!
I have such a problem of buying and starting new sketchbooks I really need to finish them like this I swear 🥲
This is your sign
Same I need to start finishing my sketchbooks
So many fun drawings in one video! Love your work!
ahhh ty
i feel like just playing around with coloured pencils is a great way to fill up a page.
Seeing rotten mango here made my heart skip a beat ❤
That's sooo impressive!!! I haven't drawn in a month now because I can't get over the fear of drawing something bad
what ive tried to combat this is by drawing things I'm obsessed with. so like I enjoy drawing food and my favorite fictional characters. even if what I drew is very ugly, I still drew my favorite thing!
I think you actually are a gouache girlie! It is common to work them thin to thick and you can totally stay in the thinner range as a style! Keep them anywhere from like a tea to like a cream dilute or something!
Love the "Besties" spread.
I’ve enjoying watching you drawing and sketching so much , I can focus on my own creative.
This is so so good. I’ve never seen a sketchbook challenge vlog and this was so well put together.
I love how calming your videos are and seeing your art journey ^^💗
:') thank you so much
I love seeing you post 😊 Thanks for the awesome, inspiring content ❤
I love your art style sm 😍😍
saw the video length and was shooketh!!! thank you for taking your time to stitch this video tgt for us to enjoy 🥺❤️
This video is so good!! I can definitely see myself watching this multiple times
Brian Eno said that children learn from playing and adults continue to play through art. It's so great to see you grow and develop your art like this. Love some of the lil guys you drew!
It's so interesting to see that there are pages you want to tear out because I love your art so much. It is inspiring because I struggle with liking my own art, so knowing that there could be something that I want to tear out might be absolutely adored by someone else ❤ helps a lot. I'm sorry you got sick 😢 but I'm glad you got better ❤.
This video gave me inspiration to get my sketchbook back out 💗 loved this video so much!!
I just want to thank you Tiffany, such an amazing video, very inspiring, yet entertaining and relaxing.
This must be one of my favorite videos ever. All the art, the info, your personality… such a wholesome video ❤
WOW! Incredible job! So inspiring!! I can’t wait to sketch now!
Ti.ffa.NYYYY. You’re a beast, she went beast mode. This gave me so much liiiifeeeee
EEEEEEE RAAAAAAWWWRRRR
@@apple.cheeksi finally finished, I love long long boiiii❤ amazing vidiee~
really love the long long form chatty and art video!
Nice! Finishing a sketchbook is always refreshing! I like how you sit on the ground to create!
i love how you said that once you get the drawings you don't like as much out of the way was when you finally started making what you really like
this bright pomegranate made me soooo happy & it was right as you were talking about making happy art!!!! I love this 🤩
Your portraits of people are another level of beautiful
This got me so creatively inspired to start my own sort of practice. I'm a writer and I've been missing writing just for myself and just for the fun of it. Can't wait to get into a creative flow again!
I wanna be as confident as you are with my drawings. Thanks for beeing bold!
I love the square sketchbooks :)
I'm new to your channel and so happy to be here. I really like both your art and your personality. Since I've been here, you've inspired me to be more prolific in my work. Thanks for that! Loved every minute of this video.
This video inspired me to take my sketchbook on my lunch walk today! And also pull out all of my partial sketchbooks and fill them up over the next few months.
This is a perfect video to draw along with! Thanks for keeping me a company while i was painting in my sketchbook:))
Your art is so good, you are SO talented I'm very impressed. Sometimes I forget how good you are at different styles and drawing more realistic rather than your usual cute style and I'm blown away. I just love all your styles and all your art xx
This isn’t my normal video type I lean towards but I am so glad I watched. This was so fun to watch and I felt like a learned so much! I loved this journey and I’m so glad you brought us along.
omg I love this video! I related to it so much because I have like 10 different sketchbooks that I started YEARS ago and never ended up finishing them! I either didn't feel connected to the sketchbook anymore, or felt like my art wasn't good enough. I just wanted every single page to be perfect, so I just didn't draw in them anymore. This video is inspiring me to do the same and just do whatever I want in them :')
This is so fun to watch! I work fast through my sketchbooks but this is a lot! And my spreads are almost never this polished 😅 I loved seeing yours 😊
I love this video, it makes me want to finish all my unfinished sketchbooks!
you're my fave artist on youtube right now 💜 I related so much to what you said about being so inspired as a kid and realizing it can look different in adulthood with a better understanding of emotion. For a long time I thought I'd lost my spark for writing music, but have recently realized I'm just more stable now and maybe I can write from this place.
wooo!! finally got around to watching this ;-; so GOOD! i love the playfulness so much, eee. fricken great jorb tiffany!
This motivated me to go and finished my sketchbooks ❤
I loved this video! Watching you sketch was so fun and inspiring. Hearing about your art journey is also really fantastic. :)
I really really love your very long videos as i have hard times finding long creative and inspiring videos as i crochet. Plus, i always end up learning something from all of your videos
For me, especially in my sketchbooks and journals is about the process...then end result means very little to me. I love working with the mediums on different substrates...❤I LOVE the process🥰
this was so much fun and very inspiring. I love to draw in my sketchbooks, but in the last weeks I wasn't motivated but now after watching your video I can't wait to draw again 😊💗
This is one of my favorite videos of yours, just pure art making. I love the pomegranate painting you made at 12:00 !!
I think this is such a great idea, filling out the blank pages in old sketchbooks (I too have many of them)... I have seen going back to abondened sketches in sketchbooks (things where you stopped at a certain part, trying to fill it up later), but that is also a very nice idea!
You inspired me to finally finish my sketchbooks!
Great video. I've just watched/had playing as I've been working on my sketchbook as I was looking for inspiration for some new card designs for the summer, and have produced two I'm going to develop. Cheers! X
im using notability for months, its really nice
This is such a great idea, I might try and finish all my sketchbooks off now!
you're really on another level💖🥺
Thank you for this video. It's making me want to work in mine. Slow and methodic. 🎉 Great video 😊
Omg! I absolutely adore your art, it makes me to happy! I feel inspired to buy a sketch book and draw somethings although I’m not an artist ❤❤
this is so incredibly inspiring! It makes me wanna run to my studio and create create create! ⭐
this video rlly inspired me 😢😢😢 I miss the old me when I wasn't aware of social media, I used to feel so free and my sketchbook was a joy, now it scares me... but I'm going to do a drawing challenge like this over the summer to explore and have fun and rediscover my art!!! ❤❤❤❤❤❤
This is an incredible feat you've managed here! They're are all really striking spreads but I think the page I liked the most was the one with all the little red doodles. The characters were so emotive and who doesn't love cake!? Probably helped by red being my favourite colour.
Love your video, your work, your sense of humor ❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤😊
There are so many useful and inspiring insights in this video, thank you for sharing!
you made me want to use up my old sketchbooks! and to use up my art stuff too, they’re left untouched for so long cuz I always been stressed out cuz I hate my drawings
I enjoyed this video so much!!! I feel so inspired
amazing video! so much beautiful art c:
this was a very good video! i'm inspired now
I’ve been wanting to do this myself for so long and when you said about how if we draw the same things all the time we can get stuck really was a lightbulb for me. I need to draw other stuff and thank you so much for that and this amazing vid.
this video was absolutely lovely to watch and I do agree with the sentiment you shared about being less inspired now as an adult and how much emotions we felt as teenagers impact our art growing up, I used to use my sketchbook as a form of escapism as well when I was a teen and I want to reconnect more with that aspect of using my sketchbook in a more therapeutic way to process emotions, thank you for sharing this video, I loved it! also, what are those brush pens that you used around the minute 11:30 and 12:30? they look so juicy and vibrant and neon, I love them!
This is an epic video 🌟. Definitely one to listen and watch on repeat ❤. Love all your art making so so so much. Very inspiring 🌟 🌟🤩. Beautiful art in every spread.
Exactly i will come back when i need inspo
Love the ideas in this video. I agree that a sketchbook should not be about making something beautiful, but rather about collecting and playing. For me, the sketchbook is the middleman before I start working on an actual piece. I make little collages of my sketches that turn into paintings and drawings. I think the idea of a perfectly curated sketchbook has come from instagram. This is why I keep my own sketchbooks sacred and I don’t share them, at least not on my permanent feed. This video reminded me that it’s just better to keep doing, even when you don’t know what to make.
That hair color really Suits You! Loved your travel vlog btw
thank you!!
ahh this video rocks! I haven't ever tried mods but these all look so perfect!! This makes me excited to jump back in 🤩
This was so fun and relaxing! It would be so hard for me to draw a single line without a month of research - this is incredible ✨
oh boy now I wanna draw!!
I love love love the bunny blush @ 10:51--- soooo cute!!!
also grampa pear made me grin
Can I just say how gorgeous your home is!? Literally beautiful ❤
thanks!! We're renting right now, but I still love decorating it so much :)
I loved this video, and feel very inspired from your words and work. I would love to get some links of the things you use, or a place you recommend buying stuff from. Again, amazing video, and will definitely be watching more!
At least you eventually warmed up and had fun during the process :)
I would love to see your older art!
The teasers, I don’t know what it is but I can’t wait to find out
Amazing!!!!
Oooo a long boy dog plush 🥹 or maybe just a print
Love this !!!!! 😍😍😍
I can’t draw at all, but this makes me want to get my sketchbook out and finally use the posca markers I got months ago
That was so cool ❤❤❤❤
thanks!
❤❤❤ Thank you for sharing this i will too start this type of sketch book channel
Lovely video. Can you please share what lights you were using? They are so brilliant and clear! I'm having a hard time finding light I can draw under even if I'm sitting in a dark corner of a room😅
Honestly I just have LED daylight lightbulbs in my lamp!
Omg! I use Peach Pop from Little Reverie too!! I really really really love it! Loved this video, thank you for sharing and the q and a was great! May i ask what those clear marker pens are? Are the the arteza maybe? Aaa so excited to see what you design next!
What a fun video! I've recently been getting back into art and discovered that I, too, prefer sketchbooks to loose paper just so I know where everything is. It wasn't hard to keep track everything at first, but once I hit a certain point of creating I was like, okaay now this is getting overwhelming. Also...I know you mentioned the shop those awesome neon watercolors came from, but I was wondering if you could also share the name of the colors you used as well so that I can buy the right colors? I have recently become a little bit obsessed with neons! Paul Reubens makes some neon watercolors, but I'd much rather support a small shop if I can :)
Of course! I got a sample card with these colors: Lovely Lavender, Sakura Dream, & Vanilla Buttercream, Chocolate Truffles. I bought full pans of Peach Pop and Bibbidi Bobbidi Blue! It looks like they're sold out right now but I'm sure they will make more !!
@@apple.cheeks Thank you so much!
loooved this vid! you mention some art supplies throughout but i was wondering if you had a list of your most used? even those crayons you use look so aesthetic/beautiful!
I'll drop them here! Tombow Markers, Arteza Markers, Posca Paint Pens, Prismacolor Pencils, Neocolor II Crayons, Pentel Sign Pen, Uni Pens!
@@apple.cheeks you are a queen, TY!!
Hi! Would you mind sharing what flower book you used as a reference during the day three spread?
I can’t even finish one in a year I admire you
