  • Hey, I know I‘m one year late but I still want to tell you what I think about your russian course. I very very appreciate you, putting time, effort and love into this course without charging any money whatsoever to view this high quality lessons. The best proof to me of how genius and high quality I think this course is, is even though I‘m from Austria and my main language spoken is german, I still learn in this course. So again thank you for the time and effort you put into making these videos, it helped me a lot up to this point and I‘m sure it will do me well in the next lessons aswell! Now I will exercise some verb conjugation...

  • This has been phenomenal! I have consumed these five videos about two or three times as slow as they were presented(backing up, relistening, writing…back up listen again) and I dare say if these verb endings are one of the more difficult aspects of learning Russian, then I am moving forwards with some amount of confidence. My goal is to be able to communicate in broken Russian within a few months. Even being able to pick some words and phrases out of Russian comments in Russian channels has been great fun.

It's "learn by immersion" ends up taking something that's honestly fairly easy to learn as 1 thing and turning it into 8 different situations that have to be memorized individually. I struggled with it, even with extensive experience learning languages. Now I come here for the formal instruction Duo avoids. They complement each other.
