You know it’s a good fold when Wesley is quiet af. Lol
The artist is waiting for shouting out lmao
It was not a good fold, it was more then an underwhelming spot and a standart as f@€k fold, because you are beating absolut nothing. He splits with every ace but who bets an ace in this spot. Every six beats you, every flush and every boat. You get beaten by half the deck. A call with the dummy-end straight is more then optimistic in my oppinion.
@Patrick I'm not trying to criticize Wesley here, but his bet seemed like it disregarded the fact he has the Ace and King of diamonds. The only thing calling him here is full houses and the straight flush. Most decent players won't call to chop. I know I've turned flushes in the past and gotten action calls when straights are showing on all 5 community cards, but most always think I'm bluffing.
After Wes saw Rampage snap call Nik Airball with ace high on the over shove a month ago.. was playing in his mind
Rampage is one of the very few on this shit show I like. Glad he pulled off the fold.
Rampage has improved ALOT in his game🥳😎🤗 Great Fold!
That is an easy fold unless you think he is up against a bluff. Sometimes Wesley is bluffing there though.
No value to be had with a shove like that...
I mean rampage tanked pretty long with the type of hand Wes was targeting
Definitely needed to go smaller, like 85k. Makes it look like he's fighting off the chop
@@estegerset Agreed, I think he could got the call in the 60-80k range
Nice fold Rampage ! Nice Hand Wesley :)
Wesley going for his artistry instead of boring value by betting pot.
Be interested to see the stats for Wesley’s river overbets. E.g how often are they value vs being a bluff. Feels like it leans heavily towards value, but I could be wrong. Someone out there must be analysing it
Hes lowkey a stain. Most people dont have the balls to balence enough with bluffs.
@@chowdogs2 What's a stain?
Maybe he does bet just as big when bluffing, seen him do it a lot, so maybe hes thin value bets that he bets a small size can be exploited this deep. Deepstack poker isnt easy.
@@Reypstraptor4269no he doesn’t especially on the river. Every time he 2x pot bluff before it’s not on the river it’s before the river with a combo dr. He does have 2x bluffs but they are semi bluffs. He however does have frequent 1.5x river bluffs. All his 2x+ are nutted.
Same question
Rampage is an awesome player! I respect him!!!
Rampage is indeed an awesome player but this hand is in no way proof of that. I realize Wesley is very capable of bluffing or shoving someone off a chop in that spot and they have a history but even if there wasn't 3 to a flush or a pair on the board it still wouldn't be that difficult of a decision.
Rampage finally bought a Rolex. About time.
wow wesley is an absolute legend! heck yeah!!!
Watching from the Phil. Islands
I love how Rampage puts on his thinking face, but there's no thoughts going on he's just deliberating how much time to take before coming to a decision.
How'd you know there were no thoughts going on in his head? Lmao
L
Bingo boy rampage is not a thinking player let's start there ...
Mariano wanted to tell Rampage to fold so bad.
How's that?
@@Galaxy-ez8mh referring to the aa v kk v kk hand I believe
Dude that’s crazy
Wesley not making a sound meant he got you crushed.
Nice fold ramp!🫡
I love Lauren!
Idol rampage
Wes the transparent poker donk.
Wesley Over play 😂😂😂
Wesley needs to sharpen this aspect of his game. The only hand calling his overbet is the effectively the nuts.
Rampage was just about to make the same mistake Henry almost made.
Who else noticed Rampage's double take before tipping? 😏
4:25 that's called natural reflexes
lmao he almost jumped outta his seat
He did twice cuz she gave him the signal and saved him 120k 😆
So, is the title a spoiler or not?
great fold after reraising pre and then on that board
Super pro
servant giving codes to rampage
That's what I was thinking about too😅
Thought this was a snap fold
Good, Fold ...
Wesley's bet size encourages Rampage to make the right play, smaller bet most likely gets called by worse. With the massive overbet, when he does get called he's crushed. Greedy bet sizing IMO, he took his value and punted it.🤦
Old rampage would have punted off on that.
These ridiculous overbets...
Bad shove, good fold.
So if he called... nice shove?
I liked the shove. Looks like a bluff.
@@Joomlahacks Yes, you're right. Plays have no inherent value. They're good or bad depending on whatever your opponent decides to do. You play very well; very, very well.
Sounds like contradiction…
There was nothing in it for Rampage after the flop. What was he hanging around in the river for?
I know the amount is insignificant, but tipping while involved in a hand? Wait until after the hand is over don't you think?
Of course it was a signal to fold. The HC is in on it and it's not the first time that it was involved in cheating scandal issues.
Easy fold
Clickbait title. It was a 67k pot.
It was a 188k pot
@@andrewgibson9043 then why did he only win 37k 😂😂😂
Technicality I never liked but understand. Since the player goes all in, the effective amount belongs to the pot and no longer said player.
@@jcrackcorn when he was all in it was a 188k pot right or wrong
@@andrewgibson9043 wrong. Money is not in pot until the action is complete. These are clickbait titles
You guys really gotta stop giving so much away in the title. Makes me not even wanna click it. But I’m fucking addicted so whatever 😂
AHTIS!
wesly donk
5:29 Rampage accidentally remembers that last ugly chick he woke up to after a long night.
Should have bet 75-85k imo. Missed value there.
Or even 50k or 60k
@@Sam-db4mr yeap, 50k is guaranteed call, I just estimated the max value without knowing the opponent's hole cards.
Rampage is lucky Wesley was deep
Do you wanna play that all people need to be is Wesson
Standard fold imo
Wesley simply got greedy. I mean what is he even targeting? His opponent can’t call a 2x pot river bet with just a straight. Even if he has a 6, it would be difficult. Wesley has so many flushes in this spot - AK, KQ, Ax. If he bets 50k on the river, Rampage most likely pays him off.
He's targeting a bigger fish than he. Which Ethan isn't.
big hand, big bet
@@rollsroyceroyce7463 big hand dumb bet
Wesley could have gotten 20 to 30k more if he didn't over bet all in. rampage would have called if it's within his range.
I believe Wesley could have enduced a re raise from rampage had he bet only 25k on the river got some extra money, atleast a 25k call. The all in is a greedy, wasted opportunity.
He wanted to summon "Rampunts"
Wesley river bet is very tricky and confusing, making an easy fold became difficult, even for a poker master like Rampage.Westside is the poker artist
This is satirical, right? 😂
The pot never got to $300,000
There's a reason why there's a question mark at the end of the title
Easy fold no thinking.....Wesley should have better smaller though maybe 30K would have gotten snapped.....all in is risking to much
yeah so easy to toss away 30k to someone on a potential chop...
2x pot with basically the nuts… oh wow soooo good… how obvious
its overplay dude#$%
Well wouldn't you know it good old rampage can't and wont fold as usual. Fold you donk you cant win them all! Look he actually folded! well done Ethan.
Richer than you’ll ever be
300k? Nice clickbait
You sall me? I’m a poker player and I’ll one up you anyday
That's not crushed lol
Seems like we have alot of armchair quarterbacks in the chat who punt at their local casino on a weekly basis. This may seem like a punt from rampage but its not. Pre Flop: Rampage flats a cold 4 large cold bet out of position with AJ suited. Given this I think that this spot could have been avoided given a fold pre flop. Flop comes 2-3-4. 2D Given the pre flop action its virtually impossible for wesley to have a set here. Perhaps A-5 suited but unlikely given that hand would likely want to see a flop in position. Wesley's range is most likely JJ-AK & occaisonally AA. The reason occasionally is because AA will often flat in position given how deep they are. Turn in a 5 of D giving 3 to a flush on board and 4 to a straight. This however is a card that favors rampage's range more than wesley. With the board pairing on the river this is where it is an excellent bet by Wesley. He 2x pots on a double paired board with 4 to a straight & 3 to a flush on board. The bet is polar as shit. In Rampages mind Wesley most of the time will also have A which will chop and sometimes have JJ-KK that he wants to turn into a bluff. Rampage also has an A which makes it less likely Wes has an A. Given the board texture this is a pretty fucking thin value from wesley. Given how deep they are it is entirely possible that rampage could have a boat. No shot wesley has a boat here given the pre flop action. I can understand the thinking on the call by Rampage given that most of the time you and your opponent will chop. Sometimes win and other times like this your opponent will just have it. However given the bet size on the river Rampage should have just clicked fold especially without a diamond in his hand.
Shut up
Someone please ask Rampage to turn his hat around, he’s not 10 years old
Why don't you e-mail Berkey, and ask him to talk to Ethan about it.
Too much beating you and never calling 100k for a chop no thanks
😂
Calling a 4 bet with ace jack got what he deserved
Ok expert. He is playing against a very loose player.
It's called balancing range
Rampage over rated as a player long way to go
What a worst all in. He couldn't value his nice hand. Andy would have bet two third of the pot and get called. Wesley still doesn't know what he was wrong. That's why he is amateur and Andy is GOAT.
