  • Everyone living on the cherry mountain should live inside it and call it Cherry Hollow. You can light it all up and clear out the dripstone and make a little underground city! For lighting up the ceiling, a nice aesthetic would be the glow berries, and moss would be a nice touch. You can create pretty particles by having cherry blossom leaves and the large pink flowers (I forgot the names).

  • I really love the whole taking it slow and just admiring the simple things and adding meaning to each little nouence task in Minecraft, hopefully this change up of playstyle leads to way less preasure of dropping endgame content so fast with no mega builds and mega need for tons of resources makes for less of a grind/less burnout. Take your time, and enjoy the beauty in the little things in the game, looking forward to another season of wholesomeness

  • Grian, it’s frankly awesome to see you lean into what you learned in the past seasons. Truly embracing the never-building-the-back-of-things attitude because there’s nothing actually wrong with having a certain style of building. I’m also so curious to see more of the color palettes you mentioned because I’m curious whether you’re going to add more color to your builds this season? I can’t wait to see what comes of it! Prismarine… a conduit? Underwater base? 👀 It’s also so fun to see the demise game make its return and see the life series elements added to Hermitcraft, with the red name and all! I’m so curious about the prize as well, but I suppose we’ll have to wait and see. In general, looking forward to seeing what comes of this season. And a big welcome to Joel and Skizz as well!! They deserve to be here so much.

  • I need to say I really appreciate the hermits that have Subtitles on their videos, as someone who's severely hearing impaired It really warms my heart to see independant content creators committing to doing that when even some multi-million dollar streaming services dont bother to do more than closed captioning. I just like Grian's in particular because of the color coding for each different hermit, I think Zedaph does that too and it's just really nice to see people go the extra mile to make the subtitles pretty.

  • 24:54 I love the deliberate approach! I’ve always wanted to dig out my caving area like that too. I always wish to try making things into actual THINGS as I go. So like rather than plunking down an enchantment set up in the nearest convenient space, I wait until I’ve dug out or built a room to fit it and decorate the sides, before I even have a base to live in usually. I also enjoy watching that progress, it’s more memorable and feels more involved on the viewing part and from our view of how you are playing.
