Its clear that Bruce Lee was far more than just a "martial arts practitioner" . He wanted to fully understand and absorb the psychology of human movement as it pertained to combat be it as a defence or as offence. His philosophy was that you do what you want and do what works for you. It was about making sure that whatever you do it should be effective and powerful. Dont waste energy on superfluous movements. He was very much teaching that you can be both defensive and offensive in the same action. And speed was king.

A good actor is someone that almost makes you forget that your watching a movie. You get so drawn in with what they are doing or saying.. you almost feel like you are there with them. That's good acting. I wish Bruce was sitting there right beside him both telling us these stories. It's too bad.

We have lots of talk, but nobody says exactly what BL did that was exceptional. All the backyard footage looks amateurish.
