The way you explain the tactics while showing actual sparring footage is something all other KZhead martial artist needa take notes on
thanks for the feedback!
@@MMAShredded I've been asking this forever what's the music you use at the end lmao plz
Seriously call them other dudes up an teach them a thing or two it would make for better content
Don't want to sound like a fan boy, but mate your skills are sharp in this video.
I appreciate the support brother
All your videos are so usefull. Also it is very good that you use real sparring footage to show that the tacticts actually work.Keep it up man.
Thanks so much brother , I will! You keep up the training !
Your welcome bro. Maybe you could do best tactics used by Anderson Silva, he is one of my favourite fighters. I would appreciate that man.
Okay stay tuned bro, I will make a video on Anderson Silva!
The way the technics are presented is just so good + its really useful that you show how it might look during the sparing. Just perfect video, subscribed
thanks for the support brother!
I think you represent the right attitude amongst fighters, it's honorable. Like your videos a lot. Thanks! :D
thanks so much brother!
2:14 dude sparring with airpods in smh haha
haha
Hook him hard enough and he might need to swap them out for some hear pods😂
@@alim555abdul Oh shit 🤣
You should collaborate with Shane Fazen
we plan to!!
Awesome stuff
although shane faze has good technique he is no real fighter like jeff i watched most of his videos from street fight advices to today and his advices are very useful for beginners but after 3-4 years he is no use jeff really gives hints to apply in real fight. but would like them to collaborate still.
Yesssss, please do it!
My grandma could beat up Fazen, he's a fraud. Nothing but a smooth talking fraudster. I don't know why people follow his bulldust.
Your videos are awesome! Very well explained and detailed with actual sparring and you even include the failed attempts. Keep up the awesome work!
thank you for the support!
Good stuff. Everything is well instructed, explained, and your footage shows it and makes you even more creditable. Nice work.
thanks so much!
Great video! I like how you show the tactics tested during sparring as well! Can't wait to try these out myself!
thank you!!
Quality content as usual, keep it up dude 💪🏻
Thanks Kyle, will do!
Lerdsila is definitely one of a kind, takes a lot of skill with timing, and guts to pull off these evasive moves, but he does it flawlessly. Definitely a great person to look to and learn from for advanced head movement. You’re doing great too Jeff😂, keep up the good work for your fight✊
thank you so much brother!
Amazing as usual!!! Thank you mate...highly appreciated it
thanks Luca!
When I first found out about Lerdsila,I could not believe how much evasive and tricky he is. He is truly one of the most underrated Muay Thai fighters of our era and definitely worth analyzing as much as possible. As always Jeff, you do an outstanding job with these breakdowns and I'm truly glad there is someone like you who promote martial arts in the right way! I would be glad if you could do some breakdowns of Mirko Cro Cop strategies for left high kick or Sagat Petchyindee tactics 😊💪🙏
thanks so much bro! I will def make note of Cro Cop!
Then you better check Oley Kiatoneway and golden era Muay Thai fighters, there's many more
One of your best vids ! So much good technic to learn with you ! So happy to see your new vid
Thanks kiryu!
It's great to see the constant content you have coming out, gj Jeff. Hope all is well in Ottawa and good luck in your fight!
thanks Brandon! Enjoy Vancouver you lucky guy!
Man your videos are making me fall in love with martial arts again 😍😍 thank you!

thanks for watching man!
Only great vids,Jeff. You're the man!👍It's becoming a habbit:I see your vid,I press like.
heheh yay thank you!!
The same here 🖐😆
Haha!!
The thing I like about your videos is you go indepth into the striking aspect of mma. Other KZheadrs mostly just talk about submissions and shit.
glad you like my videos! thanks for the support!
I really dig your approach with the real time sparring footage!
awesome glad you like it!
Everything about this vid was on point. Especially the music. It’s so fitting you should use it more often :)
Great! Thanks for the feedback I will!
Thanks Sir. I will be trying these
cheers!
I always did enjoy watching your head movement, the step back is very useful, before it was just sylvie's training channel that had the best Muay thai, but your videos is the best studying and training videos on youtube, just my belief anyways, keep up the good work champ and do you fight again i really want to see in the ring.
Thanks so much for the support man! I do have a fight coming Nov 24!
Sensei! I loved this video. Especially the foot catch defenses. I really respect that you post failed attempts, it shows the scientific method to your madness. I learn more from mistakes sometimes. Are you still gonna fight soon? Update us!
Thanks brother! Yes I plan on fighting in Nov!
MMAShredded best of luck Sensei!! We expect a fight commentary!!
Bro this video is so good I'm getting up getting on my pc and downloading it. Keep this up you will be champ and best coach ever I'm finally gonna check out your stuff and invest in you god this was great
sweet bro thanks for the support!!
@@MMAShredded bro how do you remember all these moves in the gym? Do you have a notebook? Check list? Gifs on phone?
note book haha. You should always go into training with a plan, not randomly training
Damn i allways enjoy your videos, keep up the good work!
thanks Buja!
Awesome video man keep it up
thanks James!!
Always like your videos!!
thanks for the support man!
nice to the point video, I just need to see this done, I don't like people over talking, you the best
thanks Kenny!
I really like your instructional videos.
thank you!
Great breakdown! Stylebender uses a lot of these as well. I can be wrong of course but at one point it felt like I was watching a stylebender breakdown. Keep going I really love these breakdowns!
Sweet thanks bro! And your probably right. You cant say only one fighter uses specific tactics when all fighters try to use all of them, but I would say Lerdsila uses these tactics the most often! Thanks for watching!
Yeah true but it's the first time that I see so many similarities between 2 fighters in your breakdown.
true!
The best lessons, thanks you very much
no problem!
Great vid lots of cool defensive moves thx a lot
no problem thanks for watching!
Huge obrigado from Brazil!
Thx for watching !!
Awesome as always!
thanks Mart!
Love this channel!
Thx for your support retriever!
no problem bro
Extremely useful tips thank you
thanks for watching bro!
Love the stuff!!!
thank you!
What a great work!
thank you!
I definitely gotta look up this MT fighter now bro. Jeff as always you are too awesome and absolutely love the video my bro. What are some good footwork drills my bro???
i work really basic footwork drills. Push off the rear foot and step forward with lead foot to move forward, push off lead foot and step back with rear foot to move backwards and the same to go right or left. Then also circling. I work these just in my warm up when I shadowbox! But I will make note of this and if I learn new footwork drills I will def make a video of it. Thanks brother
@@MMAShredded awesome sauce!!, No no thank you my bro, I can't wait to see it
You the man chan can’t say for that collaboration with Fight Tips
On Shane’s last vid he said he was working it so it’s bound to happen
We briefly spoke about collaborating. We are both def down to collab / spar but when we are in the same country! Hopefully one of us will travel soon! Thanks for the support guys!
Awesome stuff you are sharing. Love that you do it out of sparring, as opposed to so many who will have their partner just pose for them! Great!!!
thanks for the support rob!
Great content!
thank you!!
These tactics videos are really good. I've been adding them to a list of "fighters to emulate", so I can add some wrinkles to my game.
awesome!!
dude youre the best mma channel to actually show your moves with sparring. I got your back bro
thanks brother!
Good video very usefull thank you.
thanks so much for watching!
This video was very good! I like that last evasion, nice and simple. It's kind of annoying, it's been drilled into to me lately to stay in the pocket when sparring and check kicks etc. Maybe it's to build my confidence when under pressure taking hits, but my natural instinct is to evade and then strike, rather than check. Unless I need to of course.
awesome bro! thanks or watching!
I love your videos dude, they are really helping me with my technique I'm 63kg wet haha so technique over just power is very important for me
bro I wish you had your own school/gym you're really good at this not just as a fighter but also a teacher. Mad respect!
thanks so much brother! where are you located ?
Istanbul bro :/ Most mixed martial arts gyms suck dick around here. :(
6:53 tell everyone more about your new "toy". LoL! :) Great video! Very effective! I think I learned a lot just from listening and watching! New sub! Thank you!
thank you!!
"its like uh..like uh massager" oh boy, i feel like i know where that was going lol
Another great video, thanks
thanks Juan! your awesome
I like the healthy and realistic way of sparring. Developing skills without injuring each other. Many people spar to hard. They forget the game. I'am 60 years old now, been training martial arts for 46 years, still sparring a lot, still developing skills. I can only do this by respecting my health and that of others....
thats awesome and inspiring! I hope to still be training at 60!
2:43 pure smooth boxing style. Amazing.
Sick video guy!
thanks Craig!
Amazing head movement and evasive maneuvers man!
thanks bro!!
This video is amazing.. I study lerdsilla all the time
awesome! thanks for watching!
excellent videos!
thank you!
Thank you jeff always like
thanks so much Jafry!
Nice video :) I have learned 3 or 4 nice tactixs here !
awesome bro!
Thank u so much for this video. Sorry I couldn't watch your other video about the diet. Please sign up with the UFC. U r a great fighter my friend. Keep up the good work. I plan on using these for.......don't worry about it. Please do a Curtis blaydes
haha thanks!!
U r a great coach n fighter
thank you!
Dude subbed no question
thanks for the support!
Another great video from you, thank you! Btw: Where do you keep your eyes during sparring? On your opponent's chest?
Yes keep your eyes on chest that you have a overlook of the whole body. If you look in the eyes you cannot see what's coming from down, and if you look the feet cannot see what's coming from the upperbody.
Yes I like to loook at the solarplex!
Jeff you are fast as lightning!
thanks brother!
Just so you know, I learn so much from you. I'm an upcoming kickboxer in China and I owe alot to you. Thank you
thanks for the support bro! Keep up the training!
God DAMN you're smooth as hell with those slips.
thanks Michael!
as usual : nice video! thx like +++
thanks matibu!!
68 thousand already:)btw is there any specific training for that sense of distance to dodge kicks? just keep it up mate
Light tip tap sparring! Tell your partner you want to keep the sparring in a calm manner, not running around everywhere or going too crazy, so you can work on that calm make miss. If you know what i mean.. But yes thanks for the support!
(Comment from Egypt)fantastic video continue
Thank you brother!
Beautiful!!
thank you!!
Of course! I’m glad I found this page.
Bro! I was just watching some lerdsila fights like 4 days aho and tought Jeff should make a video about him haha imagine my surprise, nice video, as alwasy bro!

Awesome to hear!
Second part plz!!! I love muay thai
thanks for watching!

thanks!
whats that song in the background, btw best mma channel on youtube
the fist one with the girl
I believe it is called trap isolated control.! I’ll have to check when I get home!
I really appreciate ❤ u brother...
thx bro!
Absolutely Phenomenal bro, I literally could spend the entire day watching your videos
your awesome thanks so much!!
I have a muay thai class I go to so i watch this guy all the time. Well I got my foot caught and got sweep. I fucked up my wrist really bad and was scared to get caught again . But the technique grabbing the neck and jumping. Man that's kinda crazy and cool. A real good one right here. Your a pretty sick ass fighter dude. Keep up the great work. Thank you once again
thanks Jake, much appreciated! keep up the training!
hey. just found your channel yesterday. your Bruce lee strikes video. i would always mimic bruce or at least try to as a kid. the step foward kick or just standing still and throwing that lead foot if you get good enough at it, it can be a real threat to anyone. also if you learn to disguise it like bas rutten's looping teep kick but get the left side strong enough so it gets the liver when striking the body. fight science is cool!
thanks for watching!
That's hot stuff, Bobby.
thanks for watching!
Great video! Please do one about Ramon Dekkers 🙌🏻😆🙏🏻
thanks for the suggestion!
Your channel is so useful... Like wtf I have learned more stuff from you than in training at the gym with the trainor
hahah aawesome to hear!!!
You will always have a like from me as long as you keep up th great content. Stay motivated jeff#MMASHREDDED
Thanks for your amazing support, i will thank you brother
Sawadee khrap well done guys all moves are perfectly correct.
thanks Dennis!
Nice vid! May I ask, why the headband in some of your sparring?
haha my hair gets in the way!
Haha thanks for the answer.. I thought maybe because of facial sweat. It may sound crazy, but ever since I started practicing muay thai, I started sweating from my face like crazy. Like it's drippin', I'm using a towel a lot to wipe off... but still. Most of trainingpartners/sparring-opponents don't mind luckily, some do. Crazy thing is the more I work-out, the fitter I get... the quicker my body starts to sweat. Low fat%, low BMI. Although I read a lot that athletes tend to sweat quicker, because the body learned to cool more efficient, it can be really annoying. As a kid when going to (ball)sports, I always thought like, woah how can these older men sweat that much.. now I'm one of them lol.
