After I watched this video the first time I started amateur boxing, lost 110 pounds and did a complete 180 with my life in less than 7 months. My mental/physical health has never been greater.   • When I was little. I just had this connection with people like mike Tyson. The guy that was broken up and filled with potential but the animal inside wouldn’t allow them to fully recognise themselves. I am a relatively a quite person and keep to myself but I’m also welcoming to the people around me, happy not sad, but always feel there’s a rage inside me that could kill the world. It’s a strange feeling.
