    • - it´s well known that drugging the Tigers is the way it´s done several places in the South East Asia. Full grown Tigers accepting hundreds of Tourist up close is proof enough that something is not right. Tigers a by nature very lone rangers, that will travel very long distances just to mate - and when they meet its even dangerous for both parts. If you have a "normal" zoo with Tigers, just jump into their area and check it out. - If it was only one Tiger then perhaps it could be the way it was raised a long with a very friendly and social personality - but Tigers by Nature are clever, fearsome and extremely strong predators.

  • Tips on interacting with tigers etc. for photographs: 1. Always approach from behind, avoid detection until the point of contact. 2. Once you are close enough, smack them hard on their bottoms to mimic the strength of their comrades so they see you as one of them. 3. Try to jump scare the tigers upon entering their enclosures, they LOVE surprises. 4. Always poke their nostrils and bumholes whenever either end is presented to you, these are their pleasure points. 5. Any and all warnings displayed are mostly just friendly suggestions. If you follow all of these rules, there will be less stupid people in the world. And everyone can be happy, tigers included.

      @wolfsavage6547@wolfsavage65477 жыл бұрын
    • W. savage - Sorry but I'm not impressed with your expertise on tiger behaviour. Captive tigers are trained to behave "safely" next to human visitors - this is often quite brutal training - the tiger s do not derive pleasure out of being in captivity nor can you anthropomorphise fake feelings or opinions upon them.

      @khunkiimao@khunkiimao7 жыл бұрын
    • Wolf Savage do you really believe in what you say? I insist: If you think that the tigers do not mind being touched why do not you go to Africa to a wild place and not "adapted" to touch the tigers and the lions to see if they do not mind being touched? Is it not that there they do not react naturally because they know in inferiority of conditions? On the other hand, you do not deceive anyone, it is clear that the tiger is not happy, whatever you say, what we all see is that the tiger is uncomfortable not to say annoying.

  • To those criticizing I say this. If you want to send your money to protect these animals then do so BUT I bet not 1 in 100 whining here actually donate to wild animal charities, but they are the first to complain of exploiting animals every time there is a video like this. Here is the reality you need - These places allow animals that would otherwise either be killed, or end up in private collections to be seen and act as animal ambassadors to promote them to future generations.. Its as simple as that, so if you want to pay for the upkeep of these animals then do so, if not then shut up about animal parks and zoos which exist only because people DO want to go and see these magnificent animals, and if they do not see them here, then where would they?

  • As you say yes they are beautiful and majestic. But it's wrong to treat them like domestic cats. They are wild animals and should be treated as such, with respect. Zoos like this are on a par with how circuses used to be. If they were being bred to be released back into the wild then that is acceptable. However, what they are doing here is very wrong, on so many counts. If you know anything about cats generally you can see by the positioning of their ears and their twitching tails that they aren't liking being messed with. I don't know how they are keeping them so docile, perhaps they are drugged, to an extent that makes them sluggish.

    @mikes.wavelength@mikes.wavelength7 жыл бұрын

    • You post suggests that you approve of the situation reported in the video - I think it is disgraceful and a comment like "tiger are beautiful" does nothing to dispel my feeling of disgust when watching this ill-informed **** "getting close" with animals at their expense. THHe truth is that however good captive tigers may look on the outside there is a very good chance they are in fact pretty unhealthy both physically and mentally. They are unable to exercise properly as they would in the wild and their diet may not be up to scratch either. As for their psychological state, you need to forget about anthropomorphic judgements and realise that the unnatural conditions these animals are held in leads to all sorts of behavioural signs that indicate they are stressed - so not so beautiful at all.

    • In all honesty, you need a better way to bring awareness to these types of issues, if that's your aim. I am not going to discuss this 'Tiger' topic in depth, because you'll probably have a better view on the situation than me and I just don't want to (I don't do research on it because frankly it's out of my power to make a difference to them, at the moment and I don't have time for it - selfish human act, judge away) I said and quote, "Tigers are beautiful!" Becareful how freely you assume what the thoughts of people are. Remember where you are, the internet. I am no way obligated to fully disclose how I feel about the situation. You literally just bashed someone who agrees with your thoughts. So please, calm down, realise what my comment stands for and . Have a good day.

    • Yes the most common response of stupid people. So we can invest in zoo facilities etc but not for the preservation of big cats? I think most of us rather die on their feet than live on their knees. Just like us I'm pretty sure they rather be free and live knowing there are hunters, than live a lifelong in a cage like a pet. Plus governments can clearly invest in wildlife preservation. It's just not on their agenda. Idiot.

      @bestlions@bestlions6 жыл бұрын
    • THESE tigers will die because they are all born in captivity. They can never be set free. Why don't you address the governments then instead of name calling ordinary You Tubers like most of the ignorant commenters on here. Until someone are willing to invest in paradises for these tigers without any income in return these places are the option to keep the species alive in the long run. Whether you like it on not.

  • The way some of these tigers are behaving, they've either been continually disciplined to the point of abuse, where their spirits are broken to the absolute will of the keepers where they're too afraid to demonstrate any independent thought or behaviour. Or they're tranquilized, or both. I think the abuse must be at least in effect for them to be behaving like that. They have been trained to do exactly what the keepers want them to do, and they don't seem to miss a beat in that. They're like automated robots.
