I’m 31 years old, I have been married to my wife for 6 years and we have a 2 year old son. They are my world and they are the only thing that has kept me going lately. I am constantly paranoid and anxious. I have been constantly thinking that people are out to get me, that I will lose my family and my life will be ruined. The feelings of not deserving to be happy have always been with me and I think my family deserves a lot better than me. I have had stretches where I have been healthy but the paranoia always comes back and this time it has taken its largest toll yet. I just want to come out the other side and enjoy my life with my wife and son. I appreciate all the positivity here, it’s encouraging and I wish the best to everyone dealing with similar thoughts and feelings that I deal with.
I feel that, and it will keep coming at you. Strongest when you are about to break through. Remove yourself, your ego from the equation. When the ones you love are the only factors in your decision making, you will transcend and give them the life they deserve and the peace you seek. Stay strong brother.

All fishermen who go surf casting should work together with all other fishermen and seafood stores to take fillet scraps and expired seafood and put it in chum buckets at good fishing spots that everyone is aware off and also it you give fish fillet scraps to cat tail plants near water it will absorb some of the fish oil and if it has alot of fish oil in its roots the fish oil will extend to the top of the plants and attract fish to the area overtime when fish are nearby but it might take a while.

I used to dream the same dream over and over again, that i was in just pure darkness, blackness, but there was a tiny white dot of light flickering in front of me, I told my grandmother about this dream and asked her what does it mean that I have this same dream night after night, she said to me.. .it’s where you need to be my boy it’s where you need to be, and smiled at me.. Not long after she passed and a week after she passed was her funeral and on that day my daughter was being born, witch meant i couldn’t attend her funeral, it was a bizarre day knowing my grandma was leaving the earth as my daughter was coming into it, after my daughter had been borne i went outside to have 10mins alone time and try get my head around the day and the fact i couldn’t be at my grandma’s funeral, then a little bird appeared and just sat on the railing in front of me singing away and a felt a sense of peace come over me like id never experienced before, it’s like the bird was her telling me it’s ok you’re where you’re supposed to be. And I’ve never since that day had that dream again, we named our daughter after my grandmother 🪶🥰 There is a similar kind of peace when listening to this music.
