I’m 21 and have suffered with night terrors since I was 15 caused by trauma, anxiety and depression and I have listen to this same video every night for the last few months to go to sleep to and as long as I fall asleep to your music they stop and I can sleep through the night 🥹it’s brought peace to my mind, body and my soul so Thankyou !!

Last year I fell sick w pneumonia and thought I was going to pass away wrapped in a Indian blanket sick w a fever listening to Native American Indian chants and flute - I was tired of this life and it’s constant trials and was ready to go .. I dreamed a Buffalo came to me and led me thru a beautiful place but would not allow me to cross a great river we came to and I woke up and my fever had broke and was still alive

I am 70. My 27 y.o. horse, Chapo, is completely blind. I went out to spend some time withh him this evening before I put him in his stall and fed him. I like to try and find music that he enjoys. Found this. He relaxed and closed his eyes while I groomed him. We spent time silently and reminisced together about when he was a young colt with his herd in New Mexico. This time together gave us both some peace and shared compassion for one another in the twilight of our lives. Thank you.

one of my best friends is a cherokee native and this music speaks to his soul he says "Listen with your heart. Learn from your experiences and always be open to new ones." he is very wise. As he commonly says before smoking his ceremonial pipe "The Cherokee legacy is that we are a people who face adversity, survive, adapt, prosper and excel."

I have always had lucky crickets come inside to live near me even at every job I've had for over 16yrs. There is a thing called cricket society ancient traditions ect.
@@cambriawalilu It's odd, because most nights the crickets drive me crazy. I have a few wolf spiders running around my house who are like family because of their cricket hunting abilities. The stars aligned, or maybe i was just in a really good mood... but it was definitely out of the ordinary and stood out to me. ✌

Same here. I'm not a Native American, but I wish I was one. I've always felt a strangely strong connection to the Native Americans. I've always been fascinated by their moral values, their culture and their clothing. When I was a baby, my parents used to walk around the local park while holding me, trying to help me fall asleep, and they were always stopping by a small group of Native Americans who were singing tribal songs to gather money. I used to immediately fall asleep listening to them. Now, one of them sells dreamcatcher bracelets, dreamcatchers and Native American clothes in a commercial centre nearby. Just bought a bracelet from him today (the other one I have snapped in half a long time ago and I tried fixing it but didn't succeed)❤️☀️

This is my favorite go to at night to go to sleep. The pitch of the flute isn't to much. No sudden high pitches. Very relaxing.

I'm part native Cherokee Indian and black. My grandmother played her flute with me as an infant in my crib and my mom said I was always a fussy baby but when she played for me I'd be clamer and fall asleep faster. I don't remember much about her but when I hear flute music I feel her presence and ora.. I celebrate my native Cherokee Indian culture and love the peacefulness of our culture. I do alot of meditation off of it. It's so Beautiful and Embracing.... ❤ My people.. 💪

I'm part Choctaw and also a bit Indeginous people's of Mexico. My grandma and a few close family friends always would play soft flute music like this! I just turned 32 this month no matter how old I get this always finds it's way to soothe me.

I miss Oklahoma when I hear this.
My native blood flows when I hear this music. I found out I had Native American blood in me after believing my whole life my family was white. Turns out that my mother was 40% Native American from South America. My father was part Taino from Puerto Rico. I may not be Native to North America but I have nothing but respect and admiration for Native Americans. Truly a beautiful people. They knew how to live in this world. It’s a shame that disease overtook these great warriors and great people. God bless all fallen men who fought to protect their lands. We are all Americans now and we should never forget our brothers who came before us.

I have listened to the American native flute and this is one of the best.. I'm not doing so well but my nerves settle down after about 15 minutes in to this video.. Wish it was longer though..a lovely melody..

I have liked Native American Flute Music since I was a kid also I am on the Autism Spectrum with Sensory Processing Disorder and it always comes me down. I started using this type of flute music for when I sleep recently. I have been working on storing videos like this and sensory videos on my Tablet PC that I can run at night if camping were I will not have internet.

Makes me wonder about my heritage. In the 1760s, my ancestor, an early American longhunter, married a Cherokee maiden, probably a chief's daughter, who was from the Piedmont region of NC. They were both in their teens, and both ended up settling in the east of NC, but listening to this beautiful and soothing music makes me wonder about my ancestral heritage, my grandmother from way back when, and what her life was like, and the lives of her parents, her family, her people back then. Honored to have such ancestry.
The music helps me to stay focused on my projects, otherwise I end up going in five different directions at once.
