DO NOT move the objects in this build challenge! I actually had to do this challenge twice because it was so hard. I hope you like the final product! Thank you for watching!

Besides, like, the awkwardly large bathrooms for each kid, I think you did an excellent job with this challenge! Looks great!! I'd live there for sure!!

  • This was such a fun build to watch and it was so fun to see you do more of a “traditional” style! Also loveeeee that the Parenthood pack got some major love! Was also thinking maybe the large bedroom downstairs could belong to grandparents that live with the family but aren’t fans of stairs? Just a different perspective! Also wishing you, Semaj, and Bowser a Happy Easter!!!

  • I loveeee this challenge, I made it into a house & wedding venue combine. The left side is the house with a butlers quarters and little gym (upstairs is family rooms) and the right side is a wedding business office (like sims go to ‘book their weddings’) and the back is the marriage venue. On the top floor, right side I also made a dance room for the after party’s and included the bride and grooms dressing rooms. The backyard is spilt with the family & wedding area. I really had fun with this challenge!!

  • Great build Deli! I love the format of these videos too, with the speedbuild for the exterior and layout, then realtime for some of the furnishing, makes a lot of sense and works really well to watch too. Most of Sixam's packs were free to download after the early access period, but they have recently changed their way of releasing things where the newer packs (Teen Room for example) are locked permanently and you have to become a patron at a higher tier to get packs from previous months (similar to the system Felixandre and Cluttercat use). I hope that doesn't become the trend for more CC creators (I'm also pretty sure it's against ToS from EA, but not 100% sure). While I'm fully supportive of Early Access patreon rewards (and support a bunch myself), the notion of pretty much permanently locking stuff behind a paywall seems a bit sad to me.

    @silthulhusims9594@silthulhusims95942 жыл бұрын
    • I've heard this about Felixandre. There are sets on his patreon that have been there for a long long long time and are still locked behind a paywall. what shocks me is those that boost his work as he breaks TOS.

      @melanie_luv2_sew@melanie_luv2_sew Жыл бұрын
    • @@melanie_luv2_sew In the past couple months he's actually released his entire catalog of sets on the House of Harlix website, and his new sets are now listed as being in Early Access with a public release date (previous he never would write a public release date, so this is a good sign imo). I think he's changed his policy and stance on all this recently, with the clearer guidelines from EA, and most likely, due to becoming an official "Mod Squad" member with the CurseForge x EA collab for releasing Custom Content from trusted creators. Being part of that likely meant needing to ensure he was properly following ToS for releasing CC even on other platforms than CurseForge. While I am glad that he's changed his policies on this, it still leaves a slightly foul taste in my mouth that he's done it due needing to for the partnership and not out of principle, but I guess that's just how it is with some people. Still glad that means I get faster access to his stuff now while I'm unable to support creators due to financial reasons at the moment, cos his stuff is still some of the highest quality CC out there.

  • Blue is hard to find in living organisms!! Most “blue” things get their color from the shape of the feathers/scales/petals/etc, which refract the light the same way the sky does (and also the same way humans get blue eyes - no pigment, just the structure of the iris). That’s why it used to be such a rare dye, especially to get really strong pigments, because actual blue pigment is hard to find naturally

Kids are probably signed up for all the after school things and are dying to get out of the house when they're older. This makes me want to try a challenge like this. Go plop some placeholder furniture down and work with it. It would be interesting to see what kind of house appears, force myself out of my creative box. Love how the craft room just happened. • I just wanted to say I really like the kitchen layout. I made myself a note about it, so I can try and recreate that layout in builds. The kitchen layout is also giving me build ideas for houses. When I'm able to get back into my sims games I'm going have so many build ideas, I won't know which Sims game, TS2, TS3 or TS4, to go into first. If I had TS1 installed then it would have been part of that list. Some challenge ideas you can do what want with: 1. Take rooms you like from the gallery, maybe only one room per sims player, and try to put them together to make a house. This would sort of be like a puzzle challenge. 2. This would be a shell challenge: Create one room and have it furnished, but nothing else. The challenge is to build around it without touching the walls around it or moving the room. The layout of the room should, for the most part, remain the same, but can be tweaked to allow room for a doorway or door to another room. For example, if the room was a kitchen then the counters could be swapped out for different ones or just recolored, but the room would need to remain a kitchen. The same would be true if the room were a family room or a bedroom.

  • Halfway through the video and still thinking about the first thing you asked; about what we prefer to watch, the speedbuild/livebuild ratio something like that. I say you're more then qualified to be the judge. And I see you have over 1,140,000(!) subscribers who quite possible might agree with your judgement skills ♥ So I'd rather leave this upto you lol I could NEVER! QUEEEEEEN!!! ♥♥♥
