Which powerboat you taking home? It's a toss up for me between the Apache and the Cigarettes! 🏆
The Shamrock 🤣
The apache
both one going out one coming back simple
That Apache was badass.
The throttle control of the Apache is on point.
I like how the clip of the thumbnail is shown within the first minute
I also like how he shouts out the under cover fed boat. Wavy boats is a homie.
Yeah these guys don’t mess around.
Yes, greatly appreciated 👍
Literally makes me want to want the rest of the video
I truly appreciate it.
My dad introduced me into the world of boats when I was 7 years old. By the time I was 17, i had been to every boat show known to mankind. Your videos make me wish my dad was still alive. He would truly love them, especially since you label many of these boats! Good Memories! Thank You Sir! Subscribed!
Every boat show ? i challenge you sir: Le grand pavois de La Rochelle and Le salon nautique de Paris (and Cannes or Monaco if you're into yachts). The first is mostly sailboat and the second every kind at both of them you can see hundred of new boats, and these four are in the top20 of the "best" in the world.
@@josephmercel1146 That would be awesome!! I love sailboats, but never saw them at the shows. I have always loved the Hobicats! Never been inside a sail yacht! That would be cool !😁
Lol same here pops always had a boat and the love of boats never left me I'm on number 5 lol
Should check out Victory Outdoor Services. Great concrete channel and I've literally never done concrete a day in my life.
@@sheldonmurphy6031 Blow Boats suck.
Love the long speed boats that look right out of a poster from the 80s
Yup, Miami vice all the way 😅😎
That Apache is my fave boat of all time. That sound is unbeatable and the way it eats big water is unmatched.
***Update; The hull is cracked now.
A cat with twin 450r outbounds will smoke your Apache .
Just needs a captain who knows how to run it.
@@robertkotula5389 In big water??? Nah.... Your Cat will tumble and flip over while the Apache will eat all the waves up flying at high speeds
You and me too brother
I enjoy the blurbs and tidbits of info you add to the bottom left.
Totally agree, especially for someone like me, a Hoosier, never been around any boats like these. So very nice to have the name and small description.
nothing beats watching endless boats with over 150k just in engines to make you feel like whatever your doing it must be wrong...
in a country where outboards out number passengers
You could start by using the correct usage of the word you’re.
In just ENGINE cost, pretty sure $150k is excessive on even the quad 450. Engines do not power boats. They power drives, which also cost money.
@Bob Watters 2022 Yamaha f300xsb, my dealer price book is MSRP of $32,400. Doesn't include controls or installation. But it's a complete outboard. The Yamaha 425s run about $45k, lower unit sold separately. That's about another $8k. The f60lb, $10,830 as a comparison. The fishing man's best friend right there. But not found on boats I'd want to run in this inlet...
Omg so true. Wth man. I thought the same thing. Just wow
The Nortech crew @ 6:00.... ALL have their PFD's... will wonders never cease? 😉
Rusty, yes I applaud this crew for following our safety guidelines. Good observation on your part! 👍
I’ve gone from pimples, to guys mowing grass, to wood turning, and now I’m watching boats drive in and out of inlets. Grateful to have something new to occupy my ADD.
Hell yes
KZhead seems to drag us down the same hole every time. Might i add power washing videos to the list.
It's nice to see some boats with inboard power instead of the usual 15 outboards hanging off the swim platform...
I have a 38 cig.. but the best boat ever is the legendary 47Apache to go through that water... long live the long boat. 80s tech still showing how it's done
DAVID...same page bro, love my CIG but a 47' Apache with 3,000 Hp is the chit!!
Yup 😎
Long boats are old Viking tech
The Midnight Express seems to handle these crazy inlet videos like a boss…just my observation 😁
Yep agree they seem to have sorted hulls. I think their size helps too. I was impressed with the Hydra-Sports and the Yellowfin - smaller boats doing very well.
That apache is so bad ass.....Almost feel like crying
Probably spent $4k on gas
@@user-ys6hl1uy1t LMFAO who gives a shit when your running an Apache.
100% Proper Off shore racing boat. In race specs it had triple 1000 hp motors and the bottom made from kevlar ro withstand hour long rough water abuse ...
@@J.o.e_K lol True
I'd like to see one of those skyline jet boats rip through there
Not so into the inboard boats anymore but I’ve got to say the Apache sounds AMAZING! The Outer Limits boat and the Mystic were also beautiful specimens! Thanks for all your hard work Wavy!
I love the sound that Apache makes. Just raw, unadulterated power in a classic powerboat package. Clearly not as refined as a modern cat but miles more soulful. IMO
@George Lynch Dixon A Catamaran will tumble and flip over while the Apache fly’s right past it in big water eating up the waves at high speeds
I use to ride on my uncles top gun cigarette back when I was 13-14 before he passed away from cancer. That thing was a beast and he ran it full throttle over the biggest waves he could find . That thing lived in the air. It was like an elevator drop for a couple hours every weekend! 😀. Tough boats!
I think the sound of the water gets people addicted to these
The Apache ate the inlet up Awesome 🍺Cheers on the PFD's everyone who wore them 👍
I remember the days when having 3 motors on ur boat was the talk of the town...
Where I’m from we just put two motors on a boat so when one broke down you still had the other
At 6:00 we see a skipper who is prepared. Pfd’s for all.
Good eye David! That is Stephen and Kelly from Alabama with their kids on board! Very avid boaters and I applaud their efforts to comply with safe boating practices!
Love the V bottoms , both the cigs and the Apache were amazing
Great videos. Thanks.? That yellowfin just cuts through the waves
I basically came here to see that Apache. That thing is wicked sounding and amazing how it just eats the waves. I love how you basically opened with It and ended with it. 👌
Same
The Apache is incredible! Can’t get enough of it. Kudos to the owner for using it as much as he does and keeping a legendary boat alive.
I saw a picture of that Apache on Instagram after this run - the hull cracked! Right down the middle about where the front bolsters are! Unbelievable! But she's still a beautiful boat!
Post the link where you seen that 👀
This run is after the crack, you can see the repair to the bottom in this video. It is a dark green rectangle on the bottom.
@@POL3INAROW I think I see it 👀 😭
I really like the NorTech boats very sleek
Agreed!
Thumbs up for everyone in the Nor-Tech wearing a PFD.
Its a demo ride..its required by insurance.
why?
Yes sir ! Agree 100%, Nor-Tech owners have been very good about PFD/s...but not all of them wore them on this video:) Ooops!
I saw that too! Impressed!
I honestly have no idea why…but this is my fav KZhead channel. Keep up the great work guys!💯👍🏽
Yes indeed, it is a very well produced channel with great content ! Applaud Wavy Boats!
The AxoPar intentionally stuffed the bow just to soak those two. That was hilarious.
Loved seeing Bens boat nearly 40 years later. Don Aronow. Turned snitch . Ended in a ditch . Gotta love the 70 s and 80 s in S Florida . Anyone remember Running Mon Marina ?
I wanna hear that story
That was Ben Kramer's boat I thought so
Well you got to wonder when geo Bush Sr went to see him about a cig 28 custom of course and at the time he was Dea dept head .
That Apache went through there like a Savage!!!
Midnight Express always rides well but that Yellowfin looked awfully smooth too.
Wiley makes a heck of a nice boat, no question.
I always thought nothing could look cooler than a Scarab or a Cigarette. Then I saw an Apache 47. Nothing has ever or will ever look as badass as that 47' Apache. Second place goes to the 41' Apache.
There's nothing like some wavy boats
Thanks for being here!🍻
The gelcoat on that blue metallic Mystic boat was incredible . It makes me want to move to Florida and work for that builder.
Lets see if I can summarize what I've learned: NEVER slow down for the water, keep your nose up and power up, chicks on board a plus
Apache hands down ,that boats owns the rough water and with it's history.way cool boat!!
The ending made me want to be out there fishing, haven't fished in probably over a decade now. I can't say why I stopped either, or why I don't pick it up again. Regardless, thanks for the video, Wavy Boats. Glad to see such nice boats, both plain and fancy.
Get out there and get some !
Same here.
If I could ever pick a extra boat to have for rough water .. it would certainly be an Apache!
1:42 that man knows how to own a boat... his grin says it all
Somethin tells me he'd been down to the stabbin cabin before this.
Got bitches
Girl in white is just as bad a dancer as I am.
That Apache is the BADDEST boat to ever run the inlet!
That guy driving the yellow boat near the beginning and end, if they're the same, seems to know how to read the swell! It's so satisfying to see the boat riding the swells so well!
He did take s pretty rough thump in the end though
I don't own a boat and have only been on a boat twice in my life but for some reason if 1 in the morning and I'm watching this n it's not my first one it's my 6th 1 I've watched thanks KZhead
What a great boat at 5:00 skipping through the water. I enjoy seeing the different hull shapes and how they actually perform
@Brasii2805 ✔️ There seems to be so many boat manufacturers that I don't know what is highly regarded and whats not. I guess Yellow Fin must be one of the best. Thanks!
I just saw the hydra sports. I build those in vonore Tennessee. I have built hundreds of them. The new 56 is going to be a beast.
Beautiful area, and lots of great boats! Have our fair scare out of Milwaukee, along Lake Michigan. But it's not quite the same when even in July folks are wearing waterproof parkas to go boating.
Love the Apache, they were great boats and heavily built.
Sunsation is gorgeous! I love blue boats!
FINALLY a video where at least some of the people were actually wearing PFD's!
I can watch your videos all night.
That Apache is so sick. Big Engine V bottoms dominate the ocean.
The skipper of that Nortech around 4:40 was ever so nice to his passengers and kept them pretty damn dry it looked like. Someone inexperienced in the same spot, it would have been bath time.
I watch these videos while brushing my teeth
Most life vests we've ever seen in one video.
Love the little Shamrock!! Such an interesting boat and company!!
The Nor-Tech 450R at 3:25... what a beautiful boat!
5:22 Gorgeous Boat!
watched that Apache Boat for Many yrs in Point Pleasant NJ in the Offshore Grand Prix's
That Apache is a beast
Nice to see some people wearing PFD's...great vid Wavy Boats!
all those long, short / big, small designs are awesome. Boats are life's best toys
Mel Bch 🌴 Great memories of Ben's boat back in the GOOD old DAYS ! 🏄
nothing like a 47 Apache..I miss those days!!!
Apache killed it....Now that is the best ride in the Video....
Love those "Go Fast Boats"😍
Love watching this. Theres nothing like boating on the ocean. What a riot. One complaint. Life jackets people!!! For God sakes.
Love that Blue Nor-Tech!! Epic!
@.1:05 ... Big Thumbs up to the smart guy in the back. 👍👌👏
Damn that first Nor-Tech is gorgeous 💙
That was some all-around competent helmsmanship. Even the guy with the people in the bow knew what he was doing when he got them wet. It's a pleasant relief from videos where idiots jeopardize the welfare of everyone onboard by being inept boaters with their fenders flying everywhere and lines trailing overboard.
Badass Apache
Wow,that outerlimits sure rides true. Best I've seen in years
To the owner of the apache: please take me for a ride!!!! 🙏
I was getting bummed out, till I seen the Mystic. Those catamarans handle waves so well. No bounce, just smooth sailing.
I know the outboards are quiet and much easier to maintain, but nothing beats the sound of a Cigarette at full throttle!!! The ultimate "big boy toy"!
Crazy how everything goes right when you have captains who know what the hell they are doing
Why can’t I stop watching these videos?
That fed boat is something else!! I can imagine rolling up to the Tuna grounds on a 38
In all your videos I never seen an intrepid power boat is incredible hahawow
I love that Mystic
Man quad motors are just a MASTERPIECE
That Apache 47' is the ultimate!!!
Would have liked to see more of that blue Bertram at 2:57! One of the best riding boats ever made.
Noted!
@@WavyBoats I want to see lots of convertible sportfisherman. There was a time when the Bertram 35 was the boat. Now they are building convertibles in excess of 100 feet that are floating mansions.
That old APACHE (don arronow's most famous hull) puts on a show every time it comes in....if that thing could tell stories....omg
Love that Apache in the thumbnail
Man those midnight Express boats come through haulover like they mean business and they're going to tear s*** up. I love those midnight Express, If I was going to get a boat that's the one for me
How is it that you know every type of boat and what it's powered by?! I'm impressed Mr Wavy Boats!!!
Dude in the donzi had them tabs shoved down there😂
The silver outer limits is owned by NFL tight end Delanie Walker
Yes indeed TODD and Delanie is a joy to be around. Just loves powerboats and the whole scene. Proud to have him in our club!
That’s a good looking boat.
The sound off those boats in person is incredible
That's an awesome shot against the light with the sun in the water at 1:24. That's a nice looking thing @ 1:36. But the flying Apache is just breathtaking.
Everyone wants a boat like these. I’m happy with one of the motors. Just ☝️
Hell, just one of the motors is too big for my boat. Lol
@@davidscudamore7558 agreed, I have a lil tin can myself.
Not sure how these boat videos made it to my recommended list but, im glad they did.
Can't believe the guy at the end keeping that tiny fish.
Stu was right on those throttles! Great footage as always. Nothing like the sound of a Cigarette.
That Shamrock is barely surviving.
I live in Destin Florida our pass is rather rowdy at times... Awesome poker run... Keep up the good work...
The Florida pool pump motor bearing repair guy approved ! that was good info
I have to give it to the guys at 5:50 - everyone is wearing a life jacket! :-)
The Norwegians knows how to make hulls!
Yessir
It amazes me how many skippers allow their passengers to ride in the bow of the boat while traveling through extremely rough water. If you fall out of the boar while riding in thw bow you have a good chance of going under the boat and get sucked through the props.
