220V Microwave Transformer to AC Electric Generator 100W DIY ( Type -1 )

2021 ж. 21 Ақп.

In this video I will teach you how to convert your old microwave transformer into a very powerful electric generator. Its output is going to be AC .
I will also do the difference check for generated power output for with and without core. The generator is going to produce 30 volts AC with a maximum ampere output of 2.75 amps. This type of generator is a monopole generator which is good for demonstration but for full utilization of the coil and the magnets you have to increase the number of stator poles.

    • Hello now cd u show this with after increasing the coils of copper say u put 4 coils 8 coils or 12 or 16 coils cd u show the current output, and to change voltage u cd use stronger magnets or double neodymium 2 increase have more magnetic flux and also chk what happens when u have more ferrite core as magnetic induction is transmitted throughout the core more the voltage created and with increasing copper raised current or use a bigger armature for more poles or in parallel I mean double the setup of armature on the same shaft with either alnico nd neodymium magnets nd show the difference in current output and voltage too, mainly will like toc after u chg or increase the coils and also the size of resistance of coils by raising thickness of copper wires and putting or changing thr geometric shapes say if put as infinity or 8 how does it affect current production, how 2 scale up current with this set up itself. Double armature, double poles, mag strength n flux by adding, fixing magnets on top of each magnet, doubling cores at back with wires coils and last razing the size of armature vs parallel

  • It's a nice application showing how the core increases efficiency in electricity generation, it's a great experimental setup in this respect, yes. If the magnetic fluxes of the rotating magnet rotor cut other coils at an angle of 120 degrees, or if they could take it into fa, even 3-phase AC would be produced, other friends who obtained AC by connecting the windings in series by rotating the rotor in its open core state and 220 volt coils of 2 microwave ovens opposite each other and the top cover core removed. There was also. I mean, most of the magnetic flux of the magnet rotor is wasted with this method while it is rotating, this rotor could rotate as it would be more efficient and surround the winding with its own hollow core, you should definitely try it. Good luck with.

    • Eric Dollards video the history of electricity he explained how the Atlantic Ocean crossing of the communication cable where the timing of the signals was not correct after transversing the distance. (Dot dot dash dash) Steinmetz wrapped the cable with "magnetic" tape. Because the signal being created by a generated induction around the conductor was also magnetic and not only dielectric. Silicon insulates or isolates the plates apart. Like the covering of tape. So the coaxial cable was created. And the timing of the magneto and the dielectric was maintained through better more appropriate induction. Not being as much effected by sea water (electrolytic) induction. The telegram wire impulses of charge travelled simultaneously held together as one magnetodielectric charge impulse across the vast distance. The inductance created in the transformer is forced increase in the magnetodielectric capacitance by plate separation.

  • pay attention to your core line direction as relates to the moving magnets arc, the ceramics where cutting 90 deg from the laminate line direction...hence more induced emf +- bemf. however the neo's even with more millihenries where zero deg inline with the laminate line direction so very little magnetic conduction/induction on the separate laminate plates... cut the laminates with a hole saw to make them curve around magnets arc to get better& closer magnetic coverage. remember 'Professor Eric Laithwaite: The Circle of Magnetism - 1968' see them all. showed a sausage shaped coil is better as you waste less magnetically lines uncut 90deg copper doing nothing to make a collapsing magnetic field = more bemf ,its about inducing more (delayed) magnetic zones so their collapse can transform back to current in the less resistive path copper in this case etc get a role of cheap super thin magnetic 'steel foil', stamp a bunch of separate laminates out of that, use super thinned out wood glue to stack the laminates together, see the improvement for a little more effort & fun making an auto stamper machine.. stick some extra old magnets on the laminate stack, on the far side away from the spindle to magnetically assist the transient field, more fun keep in mind WHY the laminates all around the shading ring/pole induction motor make it work & the job the bits of wound copper 90deg offset from the main ( inducting) coil is there ,... to take up the collapsing delayed fields in the laminates and provide the ringing offset push etc.. think like a real visual engineer not a computer optimisation tool simulation..

I know microwave transformer have a lot of voltage But how much in pounds of electricity force thats what I want to know. When a power line get cut and the voltage cut line is moving up and down on the ground how much electricity force pounds is making it move like that? It must weigh something?
